Mailed items to me and all at a very reasonable price. This is the kind of operation you absolutely want to do business with. Deserves greater than a 5 star rating.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Their pick up and delivery were as scheduled, and both drivers were friendly. The telephone contact (not sure if this was the owner) also went well. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the whole process was very efficient.
Description of Work: We had new cloth put on our slingback patio chairs .They look great-as good as new. The price was very good, compared to the price of new chairs of the same quality. We are very pleased and recommend the company to anyone with a need to restore outdoor furniture.

I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing outdoor furniture repair. NOTE: I did not end up getting charged for the service because it was such a minor repair.

We actually spoke to Scott about doing our job May 2009 and he was very busy, since we wanted to use the furniture last summer, we asked him to call us in the fall to arrange a date for restoration. We chose late January 2010. We beat the spring 2011 rush and now are eager to open our porch for the first warm day!
Description of Work: Large oval table plus six chairs--one which was a rocker. All wrought iron and had been painted multiple times by DIY homeowner over past 35 years. They picked up the furniture and delivered it. The color was our personal preference and there was a color set up charge. The furniture was sand blasted to remove old paint and then repainted. Our furniture truly looks brand new! The entire process from pickup to delivery was 2 weeks. Scott and his crew are easy to work with and even suggested we come to their shop to see their work before finalizing the job. We also returned to check out our final job. VERY VERY pleased.

 + -1 moreWe decided to replace the worn fabric and refinish the frames of our 22 year old deck furniture rather than replacing because of the quality and comfort of the furniture. Outdoor Furniture Restoration did an excellent job. We dealt primarily with Scott, one of the owners. The refinishing took longer than ususal because they had difficulty removing the old paint. We were not charged more than originally estimated, however, even though more labor was involved. After the work was finished, and we discovered a couple of minor chips in the paint, Scott came to our house and touched it up for us at no additional charge. The quality of their work and their customer service is excellent!
Description of Work: Replaced sock slings and refinished steel frames on five 22 year old Samsonite deck chairs and chaise. Refinished steel frame on 48" deck table. Delivered items to our home.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job! I would definitely recommend them! We thought the price was real fair. It was pretty rusty in some spots, and I wasn't sure that they would be able to do anything with it. I was pleasantly surprised with what a great job they did- the furniture looks great!
Description of Work: I had a wrought iron furniture set that was about 60 years old that needed refinishing. The set included 2 tables and 6 chairs. They repaired the mesh that was coming loose on some of the chairs.
