I called Chris in early June 2017. We were having an ant problem in the kitchen due to the mild winter and wet spring. We had the same thing happen probably five years ago. I had tried the Raid Ant Gel which normally works but wasn't cutting it this year. He came the next day, he would have come that day but our schedules didn't work. He sprayed everywhere inside and outside even the second floor. All the ants were gone within two hours and I haven't seen one since. He was very nice and was reasonable. I will definitely use him again the next time I have a problem. I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me a routine service plan in that we really only need this done every 5 years or so.

A spray was done all through our whole house, even though the crickets were mainly in our basement. We have not had any ongoing issues since the treatment was done and I am writing this review 7 months after the treatment.

It is a breath of fresh air to deal with honest businessmen. Chris came to our house for a termite inspection. While he did not see any signs of their presence, Chris still spent a great amount time advising me on what I should be looking for and how to work on preventative measures. It happened that I called another supplier for another opinion that same morning. They came to the same conclusion that there are no traces of termites and still tried to sell me on very costly plans. Chris walked away without selling me on any plans. I will call Chris anytime I have a pest control issue in the future.

Out-A-Site Pest Control was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Turns out the bees would die off with the first freeze, were not harmful and did not need treatment. They spent about 30 minutes with me and at the end didn't even want to take payment for a service call. I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any problems.

I had called Chris one evening after business hours on 10/6/16 because I thought I had a mouse problem. I didn't expect to hear from him until the next day. Be he called me within a couple of hours that same evening. As It turned out, I did not have a mouse problem I can only say that if I needed this kind of service in the future, I would call Chris immediately. He was very polite and willing to address the situation immediately.

Chris is responsive and responsible. He explains the process thoroughly and does a great job! We saw some wasp coming back after the first treatment and I consulted Chris. He's back the next day for a second spray for free! Very good customer service. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Chris on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to fix an indoor ant problem that I'd been dealing with for three weeks. He listened to my description of the problem and asked several clarifying questions. Because his schedule was full until Wednesday, he offered several suggestions to help mitigate the ant problem until he could arrive. Chris arrived promptly at the scheduled time and he was professional in appearance and in conversation. We talked about the history of the ant problem, the results of his treatment suggestions given over the phone, and then we discussed the treatment options he had available. After providing a very thorough education about the odorous house ants I was dealing with, as well as other insect problems, he also educated me on treatment options, all of which I appreciated. To Chris' credit, in my view anyway, he only offers the type of service warranted for the problem, as opposed to suggesting that "everyone always" needs quarterly treatments. Don't miss the importance of that. He has enough integrity to suggest what the customer truly needs to address their insect problem as opposed to selling customers more than they need just so he can make more money. Wow! I was impressed. In my case, his single treatment both inside and outside quickly eliminated the ant problem in the spare room of the house as well as the multiple entry points outside my home. Though I normally self-treat the ant problems in my home, I have become less successful the past couple years (taking 3-6 weeks to eliminate the ants in my home), which is why I called a professional and I got professional results. Furthermore, because I don't ever want this type of problem again, I will schedule Chris back on a more regular basis, not because he said I need to, but because I want this annual ant problem gone. Chris' integrity, first and foremost, as well as the results of the treatment is why he's earned a customer for life. Thanks, Chris!

Called Chris because I noticed wasps near my house. He called back promptly and came out the next morning. He inspected all around the house...saw a number of wasps near the garage but no nests. He sprayed the outside perimeter of the house and we set up a schedule for spraying throughout the summer. He also assured me that he would come out anytime between scheduled visits if any nests were detected. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

They did some work for me a couple of times. I really like them. I don't have any issues after he did the work. The pricing was fine. It was average. He's very nice. I'm pretty sure he got lost. He wasn't punctual.

Chris came out to review evidence of termite damage that we spotted. Chris arrived just ahead of the scheduled time, within 24 hours of the initial contact. Quickly determined the nature of the termite presence, explained the issues to us, and made recommendations. Quick, helpful, and very professional. We did not end up needing to have any services performed, but we would certainly contact Chris again in the future if a need arises.

Chris was very responsive. He was on time - did a good job of identifying all the places the mice may have been getting in and where to set bait as well as plug up holes. He was extremely pleasant and thoroughly explained what he was doing and gave us good hints at future prevention as well as what to expect from the bait and when to see results. Even within the first week after Chris was there did we see the mouse evidence we had been seeing. Two weeks later and all is still good. I would definitely recommend Chris and will use him again if the need arises!

It went great as it always does. Chris always comes when he says he will and does what he is supposed to do. He always calls a few days before he is planning to do the quarterly treatment to see if there are any special instructions or concerns. We have had no problems with any type of insect since Chris has been treating our home, which has been 7+ years now.

This is the second time I've used Out-A-Site and Chris was accommodating and pleasant. He came at the time he said he would, at the time convenient to me. He was a few minutes late because of taking wrong exit, but called me. No big deal. He was knowledgeable and said he would call me in 3 months to make another appointment.

chris is awesome, very professional yet was easy to talk to with the first meeting. he didn't try to oversell me and is very dependable and although i'm a small customer chris treats me with respect and i can tell he appreciates my business. plus it works...no more creepy bugs in the basement!

He comes on time, performance without interrupting our production. Never leaves a mess and is courteous.

Having caught the 3 mins, he searched the outside of my home for the point of entry and for a temporary fix, has used steel wool in areas he thinks are entry points. He continually visits to check for more mice.
