They were excellent. They came on time and kept the schedule. The price was as quoted, and they did really good work. They also stand by their work.

They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable about their job. We had to order the battery so they came back later and put it in. They were very timely.

After the work described above was done. They gave me a quote to replace the corroded pipe that could no longer be snaked. We made an appointment for the followup work. The plumber got sick and the work was canceled. I proposed a revised date via email to the project coordinator and he never responded and no further followup. I hired another plumber to do the work.

Excellent. No problems at all. Very prompt, service was good.

The plumber was very friendly and professional. However, he just advised we get a new toilet because there is no clog. Later, I found the old rubber stopper in our trash can, and he had replaced that. Why? We needed a new toilet! I was distraught at the price of $88 when he really hadn't done anything!

Tony put the toilet fill valve in and it was extremely noisy. Greg W came back out and tried to lower the noise threshold. It still wasn't as quiet as I thought it should be. Tony came back out and replaced the whole part and it works to my satisfaction now. They were very polite and patient during the whole process. They were very professional and did great work. They didn't charge me to come out for the extra two trips. I am very pleased with company and use them a lot.

The fan vent was stuck in the on position and wouldn't turn off. I called this company because I use them a lot and thought that it would be a hazard of some kind. They told me the were booked for the day but if someone did become available they would send them out. He was there within a few hours and replaced the switch. They acted very professionally and I appreciated their promptness.

Just fine, called ahead, came right away & pleasant serviceman, John. Took about 1 1/2 hours.

I'm extremely pleased with my experience. I called Greg and he came over within a few days, looked at the work that was needed and gave me a written quote. I called other plumbers on the list and either received a quote over the phone or no response or returned phone call. I was able to schedule the work just a few days after accepting the contract. Jack and Chad showed up to our home when they were scheduled and worked extremely hard. I live in an older home and nothing is ever as easy as it appears. During their lunch, they went to the supply store to find a bracket that was needed to secure the lavatory to the wall. They were very competent and professional. They also were cordial and friendly with my small children. After they left, we noticed that one of the toilets wobbled a little bit. The next day (Saturday) I left a message with the Company and received a call Monday morning and Jack returned Monday afternoon to make the repair. I will use them again.

The plumber, John, was very polite, professional, and thorough. He fixed the shower faucet and leaky sink in minutes. He patiently answered my questions about the shower and sink, and other questions I had about our water heater. We will use them again without hesitation.

OSTERWISCH HAS A FIRST CALL IN THE MORNING. JOHN ARRIVED AT 8:00 AND ADVISED US THAT THE LEAKS WERE NOT SERIOUS AND FIXED BOTH QUICKLY.

I CALLED IN AND LEFT A MESSAGE SUNDAY AM THAT I NEEDED A PLUMBER ON MONDAY. I CALLED AT 7:30AM AND THE PLUMBING MANAGER TOLD ME THEY WERE BOOKED BUT COULD GET SOMEONE OUT BEFORE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. WITHIN AN HOUR DARRYL SHOWED UP. HE WAS HERE BEFORE. PARTS HAD WORN OUT. HE REPLACED THEM. GOOD JOB AND CLEAN. I ALSO WANTED TO REPLACE AN OUTSIDE OLD FAUCET, BUT HE TOLD ME IT WASN'T NECESSARY. IT WAS WORKING FINE.

JOHN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE FOUND, HOW IT NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED & WHY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK HE DID & THE VERY OBVIOUS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE HE BROUGHT TO THE JOB.

GOOD COMMUNICATION. WELL ORGANIZED COMPANY. VERY PROFESSIONAL. GARY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE/HELPFUL. ESTIMATE ON BOTH PORTIONS OF WORK EACH LITERALLY 300% HIGHER THAN 3 OTHER BIDS!!!! ($2218). WOULD HIRE IF I COULD AFFORD IT, I GUESS?

JOHN WAS ABLE TO PINPOINT THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK AND FIX IT VERY QUICKLY. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN FOR SOME OTHER PLUMBING WORK.

A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB WAS DONE. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE NECESSARY PARTS SO HE CAME BACK SEVERAL DAYS LATER AND INSTALLED THE NEW PUMP, AS WELL AS BROUGHT THE NECESSARY FILTERS NEEDED FOR THE FURNACE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE.

THE COMPANY HAD A SLOW DAY AND SO SENT TWO PLUMBERS (TWO TRUCKS) WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS OF MY CALL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, AND RELATIVELY FAST. THEY DIDN'T MIND MY WATCHING AND ASKING QUESTIONS AS THEY WORKED, AND FREELY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING. ONE OF THE TWO PLUMBERS HAD BEEN HERE BEFORE AND REMEMBERED ASPECTS OF WHAT HE HAD DONE, INCLUDING THEIR INTERRUPTING ANOTHER PROJECT ONE SUNDAY NIGHT TO COME HELP ME IN AN EMERGENCY--WITHOUT CHARGING ME THAT TIME.

THEY SENT 1 PERSON INITIALLY. HE DID VERY GOOD WORK, BUT THE COMPANY HAD NOT ACCURATELY REPORTED TO HIM ALL THE WORK WE WANTED (THEY LISTED ONLY THE GFC PROBLEM). AS A RESULT, HE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO FINISH. TWO DAYS LATER, THEY SENT 2 OTHER GUYS. THEY HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY BRIEFED, AND SO THEY SPENT THE FIRST HOUR RE-INVENTING THE WHEEL, FIGURING OUT THE COMPLICATIONS THE ORIGINAL FELLOW HAD ALREADY DISCOVERED AND SOLVED. THEN THEY LEFT A 4-INCH HOLE IN OUR CEILING BY THE TRACK LIGHTING. THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO EVEN EXPLAIN OR EXCUSE IT. THEY SIMPLY LEFT AS IF NOTHING WAS WRONG. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, AND WAS SHUTTLED TO VOICE MAIL. AFTER 3 DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE, I CALLED BACK. I STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING. THEY ARE GETTING D'S ON THEIR WORK INSTEAD OF F'S ONLY BECAUSE THE FIRST FELLOW DID DECENT WORK.
