Description of Work: Install the new floor, carpets, granite top , new lights, put lights peninsula new paint and appliances. Removed half wall to open up room into great room.

Description of Work: They replaced our screened-in back porch (wooden), which was rotting from the base up. Ortwein used a new (aluminum) and much more durable product. They had to tear down the old porch and completely reconstruct the new one. We are extremely pleased with the finished product, it looks so much better than the old porch even when it was new, due to their superior workmanship and the high quality materials used. Roger Ortwein, the owner, closely supervised the entire process, and his workers were professional, diligent and efficient. We now have a beautiful new porch that we are very proud of.
