Fantastic company to hire. The men worked 11 hours completing the installation. They were informative about the system. The cost was very reasonable. I would and do continue to use their services.

Have OneHour Co since I bought my Condo. Always Excellent service and knowledgeable , personable technicians. Jason Bingaman did not quit until he discovered the problem with my furnace and got it working properly. Will request him for all my normal yearly furnace and AC check-ups. Will continue to recommend One Hour to all my friends and family. Job Well Done!

Kenny was right in time and came to the door fully masked and wore protective cover over his boots. Explained everything he did on this routine maintenance visit. Very professional but a great sense of humor too. Very pleased with One Hour!

Technicians was VERY thorough. Besides checking the heat pump n air handler, he cleaned the humidifier n gave setting specs. Very complete job!

First time using Stanley Steemer for duct cleaning. The entire process was handled with professionalism. Excellent job would highly recommend them.

I have used Willis One Hour fur 16 years. Always follow through & deliver as promised. This includes the office as well. There very prompt to get an appointment scheduled, call with reminder the day prior as a reminder and to confirm appointment. Call the day of the appointment to give estimated time of arrival. There is never any mess to clean up and the technicians ALWAYS wear shoe covers in the house.
