+ -1 moreGenerally satisfactory, although some teams do a better (i.e., more thorough) job than others, so consistency is not great. Schedule requests are generally accommodated, so they tend to be quite responsive. The teams are generally there, when they should be. Joanna seems to keep them on a short leash. One unprofessional aspect is that, the team regularly sits outside the house and smokes cigarettes, before coming in to clean. Not the best impression to give someone, right before tending to their home.
Description of Work: Weekly housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning baths and kitchen. They will also, make beds if asked.
