Description of Work: This applies to a reverse osmosis system. Great experience. Came same day I called. Made a very brief presentation, then answered all our questions honestly. Was never in a hurry. Absolutely no sales hype or pressure. Once we decided to go ahead, unit was installed at the same visit in about an hour. All work was neat and clean. Saved us at least $800 over the competition

Description of Work: Ohio Valley Pure Water came and replaced our existing water treatment system, adapting some of our old system to their system. They were on time and the installation went smoothly. I would like to say that they went the extra mile to please us but that would be incorrect, they went the extra 40 miles to return the same day to repair a leak that developed because of one of the components from our old system failed. Great service and great price (we shopped around). I doubt that you can find any better service.

Description of Work: I got the whole package from Mike. Can't believe the low price! I had to have some extra plumbing due to the configuration of my utilities, but the extra work was less than I would have imagined. Mike was professional, courteous, and carefull. I would recommend OVPW to anyone looking to buy a water softener. You won't find better.

We custom build our water treatment products using American made manufacturers like Pentair, Fleck, Structural, Resin Tech, Clack and others. Because our water treatment products are not mass produced like our competitors, this allows us to have full control of each USA made component. Our water treatment products are built to last for years when maintained properly. Additionally, each component comes with its own manufacturer warranty.
We do NOT service or install competitor's water softeners, filters or water purifiers. We also do NOT service or Install any other plumbing products.
