Called and they came over within 30 minutes.

Everything went really well. They owner was very responsive and called for scheduling install the next day. One week later, I had water softener and filter installed. The installer was courteous, prompt and finished everything on time as planned. Before buying this, I did quite a bit of research. This system was much more affordable than others and essentially provides the same benefits without getting locked into propitiatory filters and stuff.

definitely Michael and his son Ethan arrived during the time scheduled. Michael checked my water levels and found it to be very hard. He inspected my system and discovered a part that needed to be replaced. He was able to fix it right away. He and Ethan inspected all parts of the system and then gave me instructions on how to operate the system. They worked well together and completed the job in an appropriate time. I would definitely contact Michael with any further problems and for regular maintenance.

We have had his service for several years. They come every August. They leave the are very clean. We have been very happy with them and will continue to work with them. They are very responsive.

I ordered a Big Deal for Water Softener and RO system hardware and installation. Spoke with the company beforehand and received details as well as instructions for contacting someone to drill out the RO spout hole in our granite. Was a quick and easy fix. They arrived on time and installed everything quickly and efficiently. The only reasons I gave a B for multiple portions of the review are twofold: 1. Our old water softener was not removed, it was left full of water and sludge and we had to find a way to get it up the stairs and out of the house. 2. There was a hidden charge of over $150 to install RO line to our fridge. I've found some "deals" to be a trap because of hidden charges, but this one was not major.

Very pleased with their service, my house initially appeared to have a significant plumbing issue that would have prevented the softener from doing the whole house- they were very honest and explained that they would not install the softener if it wasn't going to soften the whole house supply (they could easily have just installed it and we would not have known) or if it would require removing the basement ceiling to verify the water lines . In the end it turned out that the previous homeowners actually had their softener plumbed backwards, and the new unit was ultimately installed quickly (and correctly!) and is working well. Highly recommend based on their professionalism and integrity

Mike, Ohio Valley Pure Water owner, was great in thoroughly explaining the various options we were considering for our new home. The technician arrived on time & did an excellent job.

Greg arrived early and was very professional. Installation took around 2 hours and answered every question I had. Greg left a water test strip and said I should test it in 3 days. Tested the water and it came back as being soft. Very happy so far.

That has turned out very well. They did the work about a month to 2 months ago. They are very contentions people. They arrived on time and on schedule. They have a nice product. They explained everything completely. I did have one problem with the system and they came out to take care of that right away. They did all of that with a smile!

They sent one tech and it took him a 1/2 day. I had no problems with them. Everything went according to plan.

Mike was great to review my issues with an older water softener and the options to replace vs. repair. Mike was available the day after my call due to proximity to another call he had scheduled, so I really appreciated the availability. He reviewed the possibility of repair and the implications compared to the replacement costs. He also understood my issue with hard water and how it affected our appliances and hard water markings on glasses. Further discussion brought us to the additional issue of chlorine in the water and the effects we were currently experiencing. I opted to replace and included a chlorine filter.
