Response from Ohio Valley Pure Water
Mike Noschang, owner of Ohio Valley Pure Water - This customer purchased the reverse osmosis system through Angie's List store front - This system was installed in the basement and ran to the reverse osmosis faucet and ice-maker - Customer called back shortly after the installation and said he forgot to ask if I could leave a couple extra feet of water line going to his reverse osmosis faucet due to the fact that he will be remodeling his kitchen soon - I said no problem so I came back out for FREE within a couple of days and re-ran the water line going to the reverse osmosis faucet and also left a couple extra feet of water line just like the customer ask for FREE - After reading this review I called the customer and ask why he would not do business with Ohio Valley Pure Water again - His answer, I thought you would have left me more extra water line then you did - I said "You ask for a couple extra feet and I gave you a couple extra feet" - "You can have as much extra water line as you like but I gave you exactly as what you ask for" - Again, the customer said he thought I would have left more than I did - When I ask if I could come out for FREE a second time to make it right the customer hung up on me - I'm sorry that I could not read the customers mind and again I was not trying to be cheap - Again, if customer does call back I will go back out and re-run the water line and leave as much extra water line that the customer likes - Thank you, Mike
