Not well. The company doesn't seem to care about it's customers..
Description of Work: On Saturday June 27th I called to order 8 yards of mulch. The person that took the order asked me when I wanted it delivered. I said Monday. He said what time. I said morning. “No problem” we will see you then. I took a vacation day expecting to put mulch down. The mulch never showed. I called them around 10:30 and asked about the delivery. Oh.. No it will be between 12-3. At 3:15 I called them and again was told oh it will be later today.. I had to press to find out what the story was. They called me back and reluctantly said my mulch was on its way. I asked them about the wasted vacation day and I was told they wouldn’t do anything about it.. I just spoke to the location mgr and he told me there wasn’t anything he could do, he has to check with his boss. I’ve purchased from them before with out issue. Had they been upfront that the delivery would arrive late in the day that would have been OK to. Very disappointed with the service I received. I will steer clear of them in the future..

IN ORDER TO PUT MULCH DOWN I CALLED AROUND AND COMPARED PRICES. I FOUND THAT OHIO MULCH SEEMED TO BE THE BEST DEAL. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION THE SALESMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT IT GETS VERY WINDY AROUND MY HOUSE AND I NEEDED SOMETHING THAT WOULD NOT BLOW AWAY. I RECOMMENDED THE DARK HEAVIER CEDAR MULCH THAT SEEMS TO BE WORKING OUT FOR US SO FAR.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. THE SALES STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD RECOMMEND OHIO MULCH.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A LOAD OF THE ORIGINAL BLACKGOLD MULCH AT OHIO MULCH. THEY DELIVERED THE MULCH TO OUR HOUSE.

ORDERING PROCESS WAS UNEVENTFUL, BUT WHEN ORDER HAD NOT SHOWN BY LATE-AFTERNOON THE DAY EXPECTED, WE CALLED AND WERE TOLD THAT WE WERE THE ''MYSTERY'' ORDER, THE ONE THAT DID NOT HAVE A NAME, PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS (EVEN THOUGH ALL OF THAT HAD BEEN GIVEN WITH THE ORDER FOR THEIR COMPUTER), WHICH WAS WHY THEY HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO DELIVER. ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE FOR DELIVERY THE NEXT DAY (SUNDAY). WE CALLED SUNDAY MORNING TO DOUBLE-CHECK THE TIME TO EXPECT DELIVERY AND WERE TOLD THAT THE DRIVER HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED TO GET THE TRUCK SO THEY COULD NOT TELL US WHEN, BUT THAT AS SOON AS HE ARRIVED HE'D BE ON HIS WAY. MY HUSBAND WAS READY TO CANCEL. WHEN HE CALLED TO DO SO HE WAS TOLD THE DRIVER HAD ARRIVED. THEY ADDED THAT WE'D HAD THESE PROBLEMS BECAUSE I HAD NOT CALLED BACK TO CONFIRM THE ORDER, BUT I HAD. WE DID FINALLY GET OUR MULCH, BUT I DID NOT APPRECIATE GETTING THE BLAME FOR THEIR MISTAKE. WE'D CONSIDER GIVING THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, BUT WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE FIRST.
Description of Work: ORDERED 50 3 CUBIC FOOT BAGS OF PREMIUM CYPRESS MULCH DELIVERED.
