Impressed from beginning to end!

Not a bad company really worked with me on time and price of the project. Overall I am happy but they left my house trashed there was dust everywhere all over my clothes, walls, and floors also if you are particular like I am you could see a negative change in the quality of their work from the Strat to finish of the project particularly their work on filling the cracks in my basement. UPDATE: Glen came out and resolved all of our issues. Very pleased that you've been taken care of and I adjusted the rating to reflect the new service.

Basement Authority performed all of the needed setup work before the dig, arrived exactly on time for the dig, were professional the entire day, and left my yard looking better than I could have hoped. The quoted price was exactly what I had to pay with no hidden charges. The experience overall went exceptionally well.

The project looks great. They did an excelent job and cleaned up after they finished. This was a difficult job invoving a lot of dust and dirt. They were very careful not to scatter it from the basement to the rest of the house
