The company is very knowledgeable and John B. did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done. The crew, Rich P, Ason, and Jeremy were all professional, on time and worked a solid 8 hours to complete the job. I am very satisfied and will recommend to anyone looking for basement work. The company was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. The crew was excellent. The young men who came were polite and hard working. They did a great job on the installation and cleaning up. The job looks very well done, but I have not needed to use the sump pump yet. The price was considerable, but...it is guaranteed for the life of the structure and that gives me peace of mind.

I thought the young men were very nice and polite. Time will tell if it works. You have to just take a chance and hope it works.

I waited 6 mo. before commenting on this company to verify the stability of the work put in place and so far so good. The only reason I dinged them a half a star is at the end of the job they mixed the stone in my crawl space with the soil that they had to dig up. On the positive when they came out to see the job they were the only one out of 6 companies that checked my foundation with a laser to see how bad and where the problem was. Would definitely have them back!

The initial visit was prompt, credible and very complete.They are un able to do the work until Sept. 21 2015.Please resend this after they complete the work. However the other company visited but did not suggest as many piers, and then they did not return my calls afterward.

They were prompt. Pointed out where my problem was originating from (blocked and broken drain line from gutter downspout to street). Replaced line, minimal trenching in yard. Went under sidewalk. replaced concrete mortar in between blocks in foundation, and secured basement wall. Price was reasonable and in line with another estimate.

Broke gas line in yard causing damage to yard when gas company came to make the repair. Major inconvenience evacuating family, pets etc. I think the actual repair was ok, but no one followed up to check the work.

They were very polite and cleaned up the area nicely. Very organized and professional. Jose answered all of my questions.

The water in our basement is now worse than it was before they did their work. They put the french drain 5 - 6ft away from the house & on top of the ground so when it rains there is more water coming in.They also put in new screw jacks and the first time they put it in incorrectly. We had to call and complain to get it done correctly. We are not happy with this company at all!

these guys were top notch when it came to redoing my basement wall and drainage, but their guy for finish side walk needs some help, the steps he made for side walk are ruff, even for RAY CHARLES, just kidding, they are fine for a country home, but he does need some practise at this

They had a difficult situation and stuck with it until they could make it work. It did cost me extra over the initial contract but there was a lot of extra labor. So far my problem seems to be solved.

Outstanding customer service in setting up the appointment and scheduling the work. The crew that came were professional, and had a remarkable work ethic to get the job done in a timely manner and to do it properly. They even helped me move a few items for access. They also installed glass block windows which also also was done in an extremely professional manner. Clean up was fantastic. Overall, a very professional company that works with their customers.

We had some confusion over what was included in the contract, but Basement Authority totally came through on the differences. Great sales support, and excellent customer service throughout the job.

Had a water problem in the basement. Work was done quickly and the technicians were professional and polite. So far so good!

Jimmy from Basement Authority installed our new sump pump. Took maybe an hour or so. Was quick and below the cost I expected. He did a great job.

Company is very communicative and informational. You are paying for their expertise and their knowledge. We had a bit of a disagreement when installation day arrived but we worked it out and the results have been positive.

The men who came to the job was excellent in doing the job and they went one step further in doing it. I would use them again.
