John and his partner came to my house on Mothers Day to provide me an estimate for purchase and installation of a central air conditioning unit. They were very punctual for the meeting. Even after the initial contact, I discovered I had additonal questions. He was very receptive of my calls (and I made several) and answered all questions thoroughly. Later on that afternoon, I agreed to the services. The day of the install, they were as punctual as before. They installed my central air unit without a hitch. John originally told me it was an all day process and things went so well they completed well ahead of schedule. My house was left clean (even better than they found it). The old unit was removed and the new unit was placed in the agreed upon location. John reviewed with me the work they had completed, provided the manuals to my new equipment, and made sure I was TOTALLY happy before they left. They were very honest and upfront in their dealings with me. That was extremely refreshing! They went the extra mile to do the job correctly and to make sure I was happy with their services and stayed true to their word and the agreement. NO hidden costs. I plan to use them for future servicing of my AC and furnace and they would be the professionals I would call if I needed new installation in the future. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and am extremely comfortable with them using me as a reference.
