Description of Work: I was asked to fix a Delta shower faucet. The hardware store in Sharonville did not have the replacement kit but recommended I see Noel's Plumbing. What they did for me saved me from spending $50 for a new cartridge. The man behind the counter (owner/Manager) advised that I may have to replace the cartridge which would be $50. He then suggested I purchase springs and washers for $1.00 and try those first. I wanted to purchase the valve in case I needed it as I had to shut off the water supply and then bring it back if I did not need it. He pointed out that they did not have a liberal return policy and charged a restocking fee. He then suggested that Home Depot carries the same part. He explained exactly how to take the part out and that the bonnet nut would provide problems. I did run into a small issue when fixing, but upon calling them up they spent time on the phone helping me correct. it. Long story short they have a lot of experience and are willing to take the time with a novice. I only spent $1.00 but with their help fixed the problem. I would go back to them again if I had a complex plumbing job.
