+ -1 moreThey probably changed their name because they piss everybody off. Responsiveness is an F because it was horrible. They are very difficult to get a hold off and not worth the headache.
Description of Work: They installed hardwood flooring in two of my houses and refinished two. Most recently they installed about 2,000 square feet.

+ -1 moreThey only replaced a couple of boards. When they were supposed to replace all of the boards that had stains and an odor coming from them.
Description of Work: They were to replace damaged boards, and they were supposed to sand and stain the boards on my hardwood floors.

+ -1 moreHe gave me a decent price for the work, but it was all of the detail that he was able to provide me with that impressed me. He went into such a level of detail about what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. My home was built in 1868 and the man showed a lot of interest in the floors and the story behind them. He did not speak very good English, but he communicated well. He did not mix words at all or let his English skills get in the way of making sure that he explained himself. He showed up on time to give me the estimate and I did not have to ask him to come back out.
Description of Work: Phoenix Floor Services came out to give me an estimate for some hardwood flooring sanding and refinishing.
