Description of Work: My husband and I have bought a new house, and Nick Guetle came to our home to talk to us about selling our current one. He came one day to look at the house and see the property. He then did a lot of research of the neighborhood and pricing and then came back a second time and had brought that info with him. We talked for a long time about his thoughts and what he would do for us. We thought that he was very detail-oriented and were impressed by him. He has called several times for follow-up since the meeting. It has taken longer for us to move than we thought, but we are planning on listing our house with him within the next month or so.

+ -1 moreWE DID NOT HAVE A REALTOR WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW HOUSE. WE MET NICK (BOARDWALK REALTORS) WHILE WALKING THROUGH A HOUSE THAT WAS FOR SALE. WE ENDED UP PURCHASING THAT HOUSE AND USING NICK TO SELL THE HOUSE WE PRESENTLY LIVED IN. WE WERE UNDER HEAVY PRESSURE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE ASAP. WITHIN A WEEK, NICK HAD A BUYER FOR OUR HOUSE. WE SOLD OUR OLD HOUSE AND CLOSED ON OUR NEW HOUSE IN THREE WEEKS. WE COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE FROM NICK. HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS AND SPENT AS MUCH TIME WITH US AS NEEDED TO MAKE US FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
