 + -1 more. I have a 13 yr old car with 170,000 miles on it. I like the car. So was it worth putting $1,200 in it the first time and now $700 this time. YES! Since the repairs have been done right and it's garanteed, I not complaining at all. Next Gen has 2 well qualified ASE service techs.
Description of Work: Second time I've needed engine work and I relied on Next Gen again. Called Next Gen and got car over to shop right away. Had to order parts and car repair was done quickly after the parts came in. Car running good again.

 + -1 moreHis ASE certification proved itself by the job being professionally done and warranted 12mon/1200miles. The labor rate was very reasonable compared to a dealership shop and the quality was the same. I am retired and I say this with having 12 yr insurance automotive claims adjusting experience. I found Next Gen Diagnostic's listing on the local Cincinnati Craig's List under Automotive Services. I checked it out and am glad I did.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced damaged rocker arm and bent push rod on a Gm 3.4 ltr engine. Lots of tear-down time involved to access the problem. Replaced wheel hub on this "03 Rendezvous and reset ABS/traction control system.
