About us

New Horizons Credit Union serves the personal financial needs of it's members by offering the best possible rates on money being saved or borrowed. New Horizons is a not for profit financial co-op owned and governed by it's members. Membership is open with limited restrictions. Originally established to serve the associates of Shillito's, we are now proud to serve Macy's associates and many other outside groups and territories. Anyone interested in a financial establishment other than a big box bank should consider New Horizons Credit Union. We participate in a shared branch network with several other credit unions, allowing our members to access their accounts at any participating credit union's location as if it were a New Hoizons location. Additionally we participate in an ATM network with more than 20,000 atm's offering the convenience of the huge mega banks with the friendly feel of a small, old style, neighborhood bank. New Horizons Credit Union has all of the products and service you have come to expect with the personal attention yo may have forgotten.

New Horizon was able to save me 4% off my current auto loan which will translate literally into thousands of dollars saved on my auto loan. I recently purchased a new car and was stuck with a few options for lending. When I approached New Horizons after my loan was made, they were able to reduce my rate by a significant amount. Mary, the loan officer, was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped me through each step of the way and secured me the best deals I could find in the market. It was literally a few thousand dollars saved through her assistance.
