Description of Work: Replaced all the parts in our 60 year old Tub/Shower Faucet. This is what he recommended since in in order to replace faucet we would have had to do a bunch of tile work. Work completed in a timely and professional manner. We have used Kahny several times

+ 0 moreI called Neal who talked me through a couple of steps to try. When this didn't work he came out within a couple hours. After he reset all the functions on the water heater it seemed to correct the problem. Any other plumbing company would have charged a trip charge of $50-$75 and Neal didn't charge me anything. I stopped on the way to the office and got him a gift card so at least he and his helper could have lunch on me.

Description of Work: Major remodel where Neil was the plumbing company that did all the rough in and finish work for full master bath and lower level 1/2 bath and wet bar. He also did floor drain work in lower level (basement) and put in back-flow valves on floor drains & installed a garbage disposal in the kitchen.
