One person came out to do the work and it didn't take very long. I got the service for family and it went well I haven't heard anything from them about more ants. They showed up on time, were professional, and polite.

It went fine. He did what I expected him to do. We called each other and he came when he was supposed to on time. He is very pleasant.

I had to call them back a couple of times. I wasn’t particularly enamored with their professionalism. When they came back to spray, they spray something that apparently going straight to the base board and the carpet. They seem like a nice enough company but overall, when you call somebody, you expect them to do what they need to do.

I was not real pleased with them. I guess he did okay because I haven't seen ants. He was real fast, when I would talk to him about other bugs, all he said was that they are hard to get rid of, he didn't say that they had a service for that or he would give me another quote. He was just a young kid and when he finished the inside and went outside, one side of my house is completely covered with trees and there are a lot of bushes over there and so it is hard to get there and I told him that and I was inside for maybe 2-3 minutes when he started and when I came out, he was gone. I don't think he could have gone through that dense side in that much time and he didn't come to say that he was done or anything, he just went. The responsiveness was not good, it took them several days to call me back.

He's very professional. He's prompt, honest and knowledgeable. His prices are fair. I give him A's across the board.

THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS LOW KEY, BUT THOROUGH. GAVE AN EXCELLENT PLAN AND A GOOD PRICE. THE SERVICEMEN WHO CAME OUT WERE CAREFUL WORKMEN WHO DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

THE TERMITES ARE BACK. THE OWNER WAS VERY SHORT WITH ME AND WOULDNT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
