+ -1 moreThe work took about 2 weeks to finish but the National Construction crew were very professional, courteous and kind. The painters were excellent and I would like them back for interior painting. The roof and gutters were replaced within a few days. They removed all debris and garbage. We were very satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: National Construction replaced our roof with 30 year dimensional shingles. They painted all the exterior doors and trims, and replaced all our gutters and gutter guards.

Description of Work: Excellent from the quote to the cleanup. Victor is a very professional and conscientious contractor. I recommend him to anyone who wants quality service at a reasonable cost. I recommended that he recycle roofing debris in the future, since that service is available in Cincinnati.

Description of Work: Victor and his team replaced our roof in one day. They arrived at 7AM, as promised, and worked straight through to 1:30--Victor stayed until 3:00 to complete the gutter guard and finish cleanup. He installed the ridge vent that we requested and topped it with ridge vent shingles, rather than manipulating regular roof shingles to fit the vent, as some companies might do. The quality and efficiency were excellent and the cost was less than two other Angie's List companies we had quotes from. We had seen Victor and two of his crews replace the roof, gutters and siding on the house next door, which convinced us to contract with him. We recommended that he recycle the shingles, which he plans to do in the future, the only thing that he had not been doing that the other companies we talked to were doing. I highly recommend him for the best overall value (quality and price) we found in our research. The shingle manufacturer (Atlas) he used actually explained on their website how their shingles protected against algae growth, while other shingle manufacturers claimed they used Stainguard, but did not explain how or why it worked against algae.

+ -1 moreIt went well. All of the crew were very curteous and helpful. The work was done during the week leading up to the bad windstorm in Sept, 2008. Victor pulled in another crew from another site to get the shingling complete before the storm hit on the weekend. Cleanup was acceptable. While that may seem to indicate less than good, it shouldn't. They picked up as the work progressed. He had our house completed before the windstorm hit. And afterwards, there were limbs, roofing and all manner of debris in everyones' yards such that it was hard to tell where any of it came from. He and his crew finished up the remaing minor work promptly in the days after the storm and cleaned up.
Description of Work: Removed original roof. Replaced with sheathing, new shingles. Replaced valleys with pre-painted pieces. Replaced flashing. Installed gutter guards. 1 year warranty.
