Description of Work: After seeing an advertisement for MW Payne, I called to take advantage of the lawn aeration special being offered. Marcus quoted a price that I found to be reasonable and I asked him to pencil me in. Marcus showed up and introduced himself and got straight to work to avoid the threat of rain. He aerated the entire yard first, then came back a short while later and did the over seeding. He worked his behind off and got to every square foot of grass. I commend him on his work ethic and told him I would use him in the future as well as recommend him to others. Great guy providing an honest service. Try him without worries.

Description of Work: Mr. Payne was punctual in coming to the house to give an estimate for brush removal. He did not charge for this estimate. He gave a list of dates that he would be able to complete the work.

Description of Work: Mr. Payne removed several over grown shrubs and weeds on the front and side of my house. He trimmed the remaining shrubs in good condition exposing the beauty of small trees at each corner. He removed the unkept wild flowers and miscellanous plantings growing wildly on another side. He treated each area to prevent future growing, but was careful to preserve the plants I wanted to remain. He made recommendations for filling the cleared areas, and completed installations of the new bushes and shrubs. He also mowed my lawn.
