They were priced the best of all the companies I looked into. I am now just waiting on them to come out and install my new windows. The gentleman was very nice and upfront.

We stopped in the show room one afternoon looking for an estimate for an Entry Doors. The salesman (Mr. Kelley?) made an appointment for later that day which he kept. He was punctual & professional - took measurements, explained the different types of doors and left a brochure. We never heard back from him. I called the office three times, leaving three messages, two with a receptionist and one with the owner, saying we are waiting for the sales person to provide us with an estimate. I finally gave up on them. I guess they didn't want our business. Have no clue why we never heard again from them.

Murphy Home Improvement Inc. had a very good installer who did a nice job on my doors. They showed up on time but hadn't called us the day prior so we were kind of surprised to see them.

Excellent work. No surprises, on time and budget. Friendly, cooperative and professional.

They were fine but we just decided not to get new windows. They were very professional.

They were honest and very reliable. They get right back to you. The windows are perfect, the color match was great. They are super nice people to deal with, we dealt with John Loring. They have a great price. I will continue to use them! I would highly recommend them.

They will be starting the work in November. They will be installing windows in my 2 bedrooms. I am going to have binder windows. They were punctual and professional when they came to give me a quote.

They are customer oriented and they worked with us in a timely manner. They were patient with us because we had other projects going on and they had to wait till that project was over. They installed two skylight windows before the roof because that was an emergency. They are wonderful. The price was a bit high but it was worth it.

Installation went well. Required one follow-up trip to rehang some utility boxes. Had to call once or twice to get them to install it within the timeframe promised. Other than that, they did a good job and w/o many hassles.

For the most part the work was very good. The workers were excellent and quality was very good. The problem was that the gutter overflowed over my garage with the gutter guards that were installed. The water came down from the spout on 2nd story and it was to much for it to take. The design or specs were not very good for this situation. The problem was not in the install but the design. I called three times about it and did not get a call back. Someone came out to the house and installed extra pipe from the upper level to lower gutter in front and back. I was not told this was going to happen, they just came. I was hoping for a call before any more work was done. It did not look very good in the front with thw downspout running down the roof. It was OK in the back because it was not seen and not very long. It did work though. Called again and someone came to my house and we discussed it. He had one idea I was not thrilled about and another where they would replace the gutter guard in the front location that would drain better and remove the pipe going down the front of the roof. I was told the water would drain in the gutter. With the hurricane I was asked if I would wait and I was OK with that since my house was OK and there was just a problem of aesthetics. This spring the change was made. The situation improved but water still runs over the gutter guard onto the driveway. I called once about three weeks ago but have not gotten a call back yet.

the overall job is ok from a distance. the fine details of the trim work is not. items found several months later when i was cleaning my gutters include wood left exposed, caulking and assembly of downspouts sloppy, cable and power lines not reattached to my house. the crew that performed the work were very nice but not the most professional, they were very understanding about dealing with my not so friendly dog. i would hire this company again. i would just be more thorough about checking the finished work before making payment.

They did a good job. It took a week for them to complete the job. The price was pretty fair. They were professional, responsive, thorough, and the quality of work was good. My overall experience with them was good.

Brian Kelly was very professional and detailed in providing an estimate. The company provided a list of references for me to look at their siding work, and when I asked Brian for more examples closer to the type of job we were considering, he came over for a meeting to further explain what they would do and give me a few more references. This estimate helped me to arrive at a reasonable cost range for this job. Unfortunately, I was constrained for time to get the project started, and they couldn't meet my desired start window. I would also have needed to hire a painter to complete any touch-ups to the siding after Murphy completed the installation-or to completely paint it if I did not chose the pre-finished siding. This would have been difficult to accomplish before the winter.

I had to stay on top of The rep that I worked with. He didn't call us to schedule things I had to call him. We paid a decent price for decent windows.

The person who installed the door and storm doors was very professional and quick. I was very happy with the results and the work. He was very conscience's of cleaning up after his work and making sure all the metal shavings were vacuumed up. The siding looks wonderful and overall I am very happy with the results. The work crew was very good at cleaning up after themselves. I wasn't completely happy with some of the detail work at corners and junctions, but other people do not see the imperfections I did. I did have difficulty getting the company to return after I found there was a nail extending from the side that I could not reach to put back in. I was impressed when after a year later a storm tore a section of siding from my house and Murphy came out and replaced the section without hassle or additional cost.

It was an outstanding job. Terri was unbelievably professional! He did more than I expected him to. The price was lower than other contractors by $5,000.

They were very good. They did everything very professionally and in one day. The work they did was excellent. I had a tear in one of the screens and they came out immediately and replaced at no charge.

Overall, I had a good experience. Our windows look good!

Company responded immediately for quotation. Work was done quickly and appears to be very good quality job. Installers were very knowledgeable, professional, thorough. Noticed a difference in the room temperature right away.

Everything looks great! We have had no problems at all! Any issues were fixed very quickly.

Installer was the best. We love our Marvin windows and how closely they resemble originals. We are glad we didn't give up on this company based on their poor initial response time.

They told us that they would start it in 2 weeks, and they came out in 4 weeks. The project then took 12 weeks, when it should have only taken a few days. I know that they were working on apartment contracts, and I felt that they were just trying to fit me in when they had time. Later on after they had finished I called b/c the gutters were leaking, and had them come out to fix it. Their solution was to put a whole new roof on the porch. It did take a lot of coaxing to get them back out, and finally I had to threaten them with cancellation. Mr. Murphy, the owner, will sell the product, but he would not return any of my calls.

It was great. I had no problems. They came out right away to give an estimate. When they installed did a good job, cleaned up. All of their measurements fit. I am happy with the results.

Very helpful over the phone. Prompt in returning calls and working with our schedule. Pleasant on the job and did quality work.
