Both jobs were completed efficiently & to my satisfaction. The flood lights are angled just right. I love the new shower head. Jason made sure there were no leaks & tested all features to make sure everything was working properly. Jason is always polite, personable, & ready to answer my questions. I trust him to do my projects & inform me when he can't.

Mr Handyman was able to correct a leak in the wall that was due to faulty installation by Champion Window, which they declined to fix. The techs were prompt and clean and completed the job more quickly than expected and for less than estimated

It was fine. As the size was odd and the concrete under was uneven (already there) it took a while but the door seals and looks nice. Dan is detail oriented and does very good work.

Mr. Handyman employee, Scott did a great job. Punctual, professional, strong work ethic, very knowledgeable, end result is porch and railings look great again. All employees I interacted with at Mr. Handyman were great - very professional.

They did an awesome job he found some issues that hopefully addressed the smoke issues in the attic space and they went out of their way to look for things to do to correct the problem they also did an awesome job on the caulking I would highly recommend them

They do NOT do free estimates. They charge $60 service fee to come out and look at a job to give me a price. This is a rip off especially since they are NOT doing any work at the time. MOST companies give free estimates. So if you plan on getting an estimate from them DON'T do it because it will cost you!

This customer's initial Angie's List inquiry read: "Subfloor in bathroom needs repaired under bathtub. possibly lead to new tile on the floor. Water damge in the basement baseboard and probably drywall. Needs to replaced. If you repair water leaks as well in the basement that would need to be fixed also so it doesn't happen again." Mr. Handyman responded that we felt it would be best to first schedule an appointment to source and repair the leak she mentioned. She was quoted our labor rates as well including the fact that, if we dispatch a technician to complete service at her home and she chooses not to have the work done, her only obligation would be a $60 service charge. She subsequently contacted us by telephone and asked for a quote for the work. She was told that we do, in fact, have a $60 service charge for an estimate/evaluation, which covers the service technician's time to meet with the customer and discuss the project. It seems biased that this customer assessed an "F" overall rating to our company when her only complaint was that we do not offer free estimates.

The technician caulked the windows using caulk I provide but unfortunately he missed several areas and had to come back to complete the caulking. The quality of the caulking was poor in places with some missed joints and some caulk was on the window glass. The technician replaced my antenna amplifier with one I supplied and improved my re epitomizing from 14 channels to 70.
Description of Work: Requested caulking of second floor aluminum clad wood casement windows. Some of the windows had water damage and wood rot so I wanted to try and prevent this from happening on all the windows. I also had an HD roof antenna that needed to be inspected because I suspected damage after a recent lightning storm resulting in lost channels.

Terrible. He put 30 holes in our wall trying to find a stud using a drill bit. Put holes around the electrical outlet as well. He seemed inexperienced.
