The repair looks fantastic! They were very fair with the price and stuck to the estimate even though the damage was worse than it initially looked. The office staff were also so kind and helpful. I would unequivocally recommend this business and plan to use them for future needs!

Though initially they were not readily available, they found and opening and had the job completed within a day of my calling. Very careful and professional. Work was done quickly and well.

We had much less woodwork repaired at our sons house and it was painted with my paint. The cost just took us by suprise. We were charged over $5000.00 which my wife and I thought was way too high.

Mr. Handyman does an exceptional job. They are prompt and courteous. They go every the details of your job with you before getting started so you understand exactly what will be done. I had my deck pressure washed and stained and it looks beautiful. It is an older deck and it looks almost like new now! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future!

Fantastic! I had probably called about 15 people trying to have someone come out and put a brace in my cabinetry to support a stone countertop I was having installed. Nobody would help me! I called Mr Handyman and could not have been happier with my experience. The customer service was second to none and they had me scheduled within the week. George was professional, tidy, quick, and personable. The pricing was more than reasonable and the work was top notch. Thank you, George! I will be a loyal customer for life!

Not well. They failed to do what they said they would. They were in a hurry to get it done and the results showed that.

I talked with the online chat person and left all my information. On two other days I left voicemails at the main office and got no call backs. I find it odd that a company that provides these services is not responsive enough to call me back and set up a time to come out. At the end of the day though, if this is a reflection of their work or work ethic, maybe it is a good thing that they decided to not return my calls.

Everything went great. I would definitely recommend and use Mr. Handyman again. Punctual, professional, and very cost competitive. An all around very positive experience.

It was fine. The price was a little bit high. They picked up a door at a local retail establishment. They replaced the door that was falling apart. The new door works perfectly well.

I think they are a little pricey. They have great people with great skills. The communication is great. The plaster work was great. They have done electrical work for us. They have also done small construction jobs.

The work performed by this company was extremely disappointing. They were hired to replace and paint exterior trim. The trim pieces were warped and not completely painted. One of the pieces fell off on its own! They really deserve an F but I gave them a D since they did fix it after months of complaining.

The work was done over 2 days. He was punctual both days. The backsplash tile I chose contained a mixture of glass tiles and natural stone. The work he did was not great. The cuts he made were chipped and uneven. I called the company who sent him back the next day and although he worked on it for awhile, it still looked poorly done. I ended up having a licensed tile installer redo the areas for $115. Also, after the installation of the new light fixture, I had issues with the light tripping the electrical circuit. I had an electrician come out and he said the light had been installed improperly and that was causing the issue. He reinstalled the light. Another $115. The Mr. Handyman technician did a decent job with the pass-thru. The only negative is that when he selected the area of the board to cut, he chose the area with a clear knot in the wood to face out. A more careful carpenter would have inspected the board first and let the knot end up in the waste cut. But it was easily concealed with the trim piece I chose to install after seeing it. I would probably not use Mr. Handyman again.

He got the job done. They were responsive. They have a minimum rate to come out and that minimum rate is high.

Very happy with roof and gutter job. Bad phone service when I called about second job. Didn't respond when said. Miscommunication. Very high price. Wouldn't hire again based on 2nd interaction.

I sent a picture of the problem area along with a request on 3/22. I received two reply emails the same day acknowledging the request and telling me I'd hear from someone. As of today, 3/31, I've not heard from anyone. I contacted a different company yesterday and they came this morning to look at what's needed. Mr. Handyman may do good work, but I'll never know.

They charge $50 just to give an estimate. This is credited back to you if you award them the business, but they were the only contractor who wanted to charge us just to do an estimate. Not worth it to us.
