Excellent experience all around. Scheduling was quick and easy, very kind and attentive communication; technician was great--knowledgable, personable, professional. Problem was diagnosed quickly and follow-up appointment 2 days later upon arrival of part went just as smoothly.

Could not fix but charged for service call

Technician came when promised, explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly.

They responded within 24 hours and repairman arrived early. Very professional and they fixed the machine in 90 minutes. Very fair price for the service and timeliness. I will be using them again for any appliance issue!

The technician was right on time - a little early, actually. Turns out it was a blown fan, which is a common problem with our model of fridge. It was fixed quickly and has been working great.

Chuck came out and listened to what I discovered online about the F01 error code and fixed the problem just the way I wanted him to.

On 9/15/16 a technician came to replace the water pump on my washer. He stated the pump was working fine, and thought the problem was a drain hose. He said he lacked the strength to remove the front panel of the washer.. The technician left the washer dismantled with internal workings exposed. He came back on 9/19/16 with another technician. They determined the drain hose was not clogged, and replaced the water pump even though he had stated previously the pump was working fine. The charge was $290.00. He told me the machine was working fine, and left. I started the washer as soon as he left, and found nothing had changed. The washer was still not draining. I immediately called Mr. Appliance to let them know of the issue. The first technician came back that afternoon, and said the machine was acting weird. He said "the board" was bad, but he did not have one. He said to call the office, and make an appointment to replace it. The cost would be $200 plus tax. I called the office and made an appointment to replace the board on 9/21/16 between 9:00 and 11:00. I received call from the technician around 10:30 saying he would order the board, and be out to install it on 9/26/16.I told him that would be unacceptable because he had known the board needed to be replaced on 9/19. It should have been ordered at that time. In addition, when I made the appointment I indicated the board needed to be replaced. He said he would check with the office. I received a call from the office about 30 minutes later telling me they could order the board, and install it the following afternoon. I was not available during that time frame. I expressed my concern about the company taking 4 appointments, and more than a week to repair a washer. When all work had been completed I would have invested $500 in an 8-year-old machine. Had I been told the total cost (and I should have been) on the first appointment, I would have paid for a service call, and purchased a new machine. I was told a request would be made for a refund of the $290.00 I had paid, but I have nor heard anything from them since that call. I found this company to be unprofessional and unreliable. I will never use them again.

It seemed like they fixed it. Something was not right and they had to come back and fix it again. The price was some kind of a special that we got. It was a Big Deal. I remember he was very nice, friendly, and professional.

The technician determined the problem and gave a helpful explanation. Unfortunately, we opted to buy a new dishwasher than to fix our old one, but the tech offered advice about some of the dishwasher brands on the market.

Great ! The office was in frequent communication about arrival time of the technician. His name was Grant. Very professional and knew what he was looking for and how to fix it. Put on shoe covers and was respectful of my home. He had my washing machine fixed in about 15 minutes !

Great! Another repairman couldn't fix it, but Chuck did with a new drain pan and hose. He was terrific; he also noticed we needed some levelers for the back and got those for us as well.

We just came back from a weeks vacation, and the dryer wouldn't start. I called in a panic, and they sent a serviceman out in 2 hours. Kent went right to work, and had the problem solved in less than 30 minutes

They were wonderful. They came out several times to make sure it was fixed. They took pride in their work.

When he arrived he diagnosed there was no repair needed, and charged me for a service call. I appreciated his honesty in not going forward with unnecessary work and possibly saving me money.

We were able to schedule quickly. Was able to spot what was wrong with machine (tiny hairline crack we never would have noticed) right away. Had parts needed. Repaired on the spot. Helped my husband to understand readily that it wasn't anything we did wrong... and something we could not have taken care of ourselves. Machine was repaired and but back in working order that day. Pleased with experience of buying the deal and with the actual repair.

He was fantastic. His service was very thorough and he was able to determine that the issue was the water being shut off.

Came out on time. Knew what he was doing, and had appropriate materials to fix the issue. He was reasonable and fairly price.

Had little knowledge on LG brand and had to look up a lot of stuff but they are not a licensed LG repair company. Tried to replace another part first to see if this could be problem. Didn't charge for that part or labor when it didn't work.

He was very professional, installed the washer lock very quickly. It's months later and the lock is good as new as far as we can tell. He was also very helpful with his suggestions. We have a microwave turntable motor that is malfunctioning and he suggested that though he could replace it for us it would be a great deal cheaper for us to do it ourselves. He even told us where to call for parts! We will definitely use again, though hopefully we won't need to.
