They fixed the problem. Price was. High because the part we needed was expensive. I would call them again.

Great working with their office. Service was scheduled and the appointment was kept. Timely arrival. Upon arrival, the technician was very professional and courteous. He examined and diagnosed the problem with the washer. He then proceeded to repair the washer in a workmanlike fashion. The washer was returned to use. No problem reported since his visit. Ryan was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He switched the doors on my freezer and frig. He also installed a part that will prevent my freezer drain from freezing up again.

Chuck Hartman from Mr. Appliance arrived at the appointed time and went to work on diagnosing and then fixing the problem. From start to finish it took nearly 2 hours but he fixed the problem. Had a blocked drain valve which he replaced and then thawed out the lines to ensure the issue would not come back, Chuck was professional and protected our floors as he went about his work.

Quickly diagnosed the problem. Very efficient, fast and knowledgeable.

He quickly determined that the Microwave's magnatron was the problem and that it would cost $589 to replace. He recommended that I get a new microwave. I paid an $89 diagnostic charge.

It went incredibly well! Customer service answered my phone call right away. Had a tech scheduled within 1 business day. Diagnostic fee was reasonable and they told me they'd roll in the fee to any repairs that were made. (At this point we weren't even sure if the stove was fixable since it was very old). I was given a 2-hour window for arrival and they called when the service rep was on his way. He diagnosed the problem with the stove and was done in a very short time. Grant - the appliance repair guy - was professional and personable. I'll definitely call them again!

They did not fix the problem. They needed to replace the valve, which they did and it is still leaking. They said it was not the valve and that it is the computer board on the washing machine. They let me know that it would just be easier to purchase a new one.

Very well. The tech tried to reset a default in the washer which prompts it to turn on. When that failed, he ordered the part and it was installed within a couple of days. My washer runs well now.

Great service arrived on time with call 15 mins before. Had the part needed Fixed and was on his way. Tech was professional and friendly.

It did not work properly after they repaired it. It did for a minute but now it is not. I remember my father complaining about that. In their defense I did not give them a call to come back out either. I haven't had the time to do that. The repair did not last. I should have given them the opportunity to go back and correct their work and I didn't.

Mr Appliance has an online scheduling tool which allows you to to determine when they can schedule a visit. Since they could come within 48 hours, much sooner than other A rated providers, I scheduled a visit. The Technician arrived on time. He was both personable and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit breaker. I replaced the circuit breaker and the dryer was up and running that day. I was pleased with the Service provided and will use Mr Appliance in the future for my Appliance repair needs.

Grant came right on time. Was extremely personable and professional right off the bat. Service was completed and charged for services as quoted. Would request this tech again and recommend him and this company in the future.

Kent came to my house on 1/19 to look at my ice maker. It was immediately apparent that the unit needed to be replaced. Though he did not have the replacement on his truck, he was able to order it and install it on 1/20. He arrived at the scheduled time and quickly replaced the unit, showing me the crack that had caused all the water leaks in the freezer. He gave me a discount on the price based on my membership with Angie's List. This is the second time I have had Kent at my house fixing an appliance. He told me that Mr. Appliance tries to send the same technician each time they come to a home. I appreciate that because it allows a level of trust to be built. Kent is pleasant and efficient. Because Mr. Appliance was on time for each of my three calls it allowed me to plan for other activities in my day. I would definitely recommend this service.
