Excellent, my rating maps to my experience , a buttoned up company, talented service professional, solved the problem, showed up on time, follow up from the co, to see if the job was done right etc.

It went well. Repairman was able to assess situation and thoroughly clean out the drain tube. He informed me that eventually it would have to be cleaned out again due to the design and material used by the manufacturer. At least we know that now. The icemaker and water dispenser are working perfectly now as well.

Work was done in timely manor . But I thought the cost $472 was a lot to replace a computer board

Microwave convection oven installed over stove. I was sent a text with the arrival time I am the serviceman's picture. The repair man arrived on time put booties on his feet not to track dirt in my house and had the part on his truck. He knew just what was wrong installed the part and left. I'm very satisfied. BTW I have a one-year warranty on materials and labor.

Very smooth. Calling and setting the appointment went without a problem. Ryan came out on time and was very friendly. He got the part disassembled and the chain removed quickly. In all he was here for about 10 minutes. Worked quick and efficient.

We were very pleased with their service. They had a repair technician who was available the day after we called them. He showed up on time and quickly determined the problem (blown fuse in the dryer). He did not have the correct fuse available, but was able to return the following day and quickly get the dryer working again.

Excellent!! The repair man was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable! The refrigerator is still working great!!!

The technician was right on time. It only took him about fifteen minutes to locate the problem and fix it. He had the parts in his truck. I did not have to wait for parts to be delivered.

The service was prompt. The repair technichian was knowledgeable, clean, and professional.

Our dryer wouldn't start. Called Mr. Appliance and was immediately impressed they were able to give us a two hour window of arrival at the end of the day, which was helpful during the weekday as both my wife and I work. Rusty arrived early in the window, was very professional, and did a thorough job in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Not sure how the price compares to other repair services, but would definitely hire again!

Mr. Appliance was very professional and timely all the way from calling to schedule a visit, confirming the appointment, to the repair. Service was excellent.

Excellent company! I called them this morning and they were able to come out the same day. Rusty L. came out and diagnosed the issue. I got lucky and only a small part was needed. He was able to get it from Blue Ash and came back later the same day (!) ....freezer already getting icy cold!! Rusty was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience all around. Will definitely call Mr. Appliance again for any issues with other major appliances!

He couldn’t make the first appointment . He did arrive close to his second appointment the next day. Too talkative & relied too much on his office help over the phone. Nice enough but just talks way too much. We paid $89 to be told to buy a new washer.

Good. It was easy to schedule the initial service call & then to schedule the repair. Rusty, the service tech was friendly and professional.

Repair was okay, but had to call to get detailed cost on labor and parts. Although did receive a breakdown on parts vs labor, not sure how much time was involved in repair.

Installed new pump. Excellent prompt professional service

They ordered the replacement cord, scheduled appt with us when it arrived and completed the repair as expected. Cost was covered by Bosch due to recall.

Unable to diagnose completely. Able to recreate the problem. During diagnosis, disconnected, reconnected all cables between panel and control module. Problem seemed to be resolved. Has been operating for 4wks without issue.

I decided tha costto Repair it wasn’t worth it.

Service was efficient, friendly, and very reasonable.

Had to come back and fix a second time as first new installed cam moved out of position. tech said it needed lubrication.

Repaired and continues to work well

He evaluated it fine. I didn't like the answer. He did the job he was suppose to do. I needed a new dishwasher. I have used them a couple of times.

They show up. They are familiar with what they are working with. Obviously I have used them again.
