Description of Work: The icemaker in my refrigerator stopped working. Mr. Appliance did fix it, but it took 4 visits. The repair person was very friendly, but did not do a great job of communicating the steps he was taking to repair the problem or his schedule. He did not tell me the cost of the part until it was already installed. Overall, it was not a terrible appliance repair experience, but I would not be likely to recommend them to a friend because they did not seem very professional.

Description of Work: They did several estimates for us for free. They repaired the washing machine same day and the garbage disposal. They took all the information for two other appliances and gave us prices. We can call back anytime to schedule the repairs on those.

Description of Work: Dishwasher was not cleaning dishes,leaking and not drying. Had a clog in one of the arms that squirts water and got new gaskets. Cleans great no leaks and the guy was very nice.

Description of Work: I purchased a $80 deal for $110 Toward Appliance Repair. They have been out a few times. I need them to repair the dishwasher. The technician was very personable and professional. They were also very quick to respond. He is super nice and seems to know what he is doing. The appliance has not been foxed just yet. He needs to come out a third time. He is having problems with the gasket. They told me my dishwasher is better quality and to have it repaired rather than to go out and buy a new one. My only complaint is that I am going to end up paying about $300 more for the service.

The first visit, my freezer was leaking water and they fixed a hole and cleaned it out. The second visit was for my dryer. The second visit, there were additional fees for parts. They were fine. I can't think of anything they could have improved upon.

Description of Work: One of my oven doors fell off. They reattached it, though it fell off again. They came right back out and put it on again, but we then decided to order new hinges because the current ones were defective. As soon as the parts came in, they came back and installed them. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional.

Description of Work: Installed professional style oven. Had to come back because granite on side cabinets had to be shaved down. They were professional, polite, and did not even charge me when they had to come back. Best appliance repair company I have ever worked with.
