Description of Work: Clothes washer had stopped spinning and draining. Technician diagnosed problem and was able to pull it apart and fix it completely. He was very knowledgeable, explained the problem in a way I would understand. The location of the washer made the repair quite a feat. I was impressed.

Description of Work: Relay replaced on side-by-side refrigerator freezer that had stopped running. When it stopped working again, Mr. Appliance was out quickly and followed up soon after to replace another part. Only parts were charged after initial call.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the quality of the technician. My disappointment was that I paid $80 to get him in the door, then $179 to hook up my gas range, I had to use their hook up kit and return the one I purchased. The washing machine was not repairable, this was a big surprise and I had to buy a new one. I also wanted to hook up my water and icemaker, this was not possible because only a plumber can run the plastic line. So it was an expensive day and I couldn't accomplish what I wanted.

Description of Work: Repaired a GE Advantium microwave with a fuse that had melted. Service delayed to order a part. |Service was finished when the part came in. Serviceman very professional. Microwave works fine! I relearned how to use primitive methods of reheating frozen food. Much prefer the microwave. |

Description of Work: The repairman found that I had a stopped up drain in my freezer. He really worked hard to get to it and did get it opened up. I was very pleased with the repairman and the service. I definitely would recommend Mr. Appliance. They were really helpful.
