very happy with service. my part was not stocked on truck, but they came back the very next day and completed repair.

The technician came to my home. I had my wife explain to him the problem with the refrigerator, that it was common, and he said he knew what the issue was. He explained to my wife that he needed to order a $200 part and would be back in a few days. They called me at work to see if I was OK with that. I explained to the technician again what the problem was and made sure that he knew what the issue was with the refrigerator. He assured me that the part would fix the problem. The same technician came back a few days later and installed the part. He was about to leave when my wife asked him why the refrigerator was still iced over and not running. He then did some more work and left. Two weeks later the refrigerator broke down with the same issue as before. Basically they threw a part at the problem without knowing what the issue was. I called the owner of the company - Ed Roush. He explained that the technician was one of the best he had, etc. I didn't care - I just know the technician did not fix the refrigerator and it cost me $300. I explained to him that the issue was common and I had read that Samsung had issued a "fix kit" for this issue. He told me to call Samsung and see if they could get it and he would "take some money off my bill." I called Samsung. They would only work with a Samsung certified repair outfit - which Mr. Appliance apparently is not, and they sent someone new to my home. The other company installed the kit and it works fine. I subsequently have been trying to get in touch with Ed Roush for the past two weeks and he of course is not returning calls. Whatever you do - don't use these folks for Samsung appliances. And don't expect honest people to work with you and return phone calls to customers who have been wronged. This is not that type of company.

Everything went very well. He came in, fixed it right away. Everything went extremely well. The serviceman was excellent. He did a great job. It was just very easily handled. I was very pleased with them.

Grant called ahead and arrived right at the opening moments of my service window. He put shoe covers on his shoes and set right to work. He immediately saw (and informed me of) the issues with the original installation (which was not done by Mr. Appliance) and set them right. He ran a cycle to make sure that had corrected the issue, and while it had helped, it hadn't cleared it up entirely. He then got into the drainage system and cleaned it out (which was really gross), and did other maintenance work. He finished up quickly for all he had to do and was pleasant throughout. He cleaned up completely before leaving. Just awesome service.

No problems. Had to order a part. The part was put in within a week and everything is working great. They were on time and excellent to work with.

It went very well. The service tech put on shoe covers at the entrance before entering the kitchen. I found it very professional. Wish everyone was like this. The dishwasher was not draining. Service tech did some cleaning and ran several quick cycles. The dishwasher drained completely each time. First time he saw lot of foam. He said in case of excessive foam the pump would not work; we had used vinegar to clean the dishwasher, he thought that might be causing the excess foam. He started the cycle one last time and left. Lo and behold this time dish washer did not drain. We called him at his cell. He had not gone too far so he returned right away and found that the motor was hot. He said the motor should never get hot. Apparently the pump motor was not failing consistently. He ordered the new pump. It took only two or three days to get it. Dishwasher has been working fine since the pump was replaced. Final bill was less than the estimate which was a pleasant surprise; it never happens.With their coupon the actual cost was even less.

My experience with them was fine. They solved the problem and took care of it.

Superb! Outstanding service! He did a good job, he consulted on all of my appliances. He was just wonderful, he was the second repair guy and he was the only one who was able to repair it. I would recommend him to all my friends.

I found them through Google because they're local. They repaired the issue for 45 minutes. There were no issues. Overall, they were excellent.

It went very well. The service man was very knowledgeable n helpful. Office kept us informed on the arrival of parts. The same serviceman came back n did the install which took a couple hours. Great experience.

The first time, he was at the home for a half hour to find what parts needed to be replaced. When he came back to install the part, he realized it was a bigger job. He told me it was not worth fixing my dishwasher as it was so old. Since it was a Fisher Paykel, they’d have to order the parts from Europe. That was a good thing – they saved me a lot of money. Grant was very nice and professional. The only bad thing is that he misdiagnosed the problem on the first trip.

The technician came to our house but he was unable to make the repair. He only could do the diagnostic which we paid out of pocket for so we cancelled the Big Deal. He was very nice, on time and professional. He recommended we didn't waste our money on a repair and to just get a new machine. We would definitely use him again in the future.

The provider came out twice to work on the job but he did a great job. He had a great attitutede and the clean up was fine. I would use him again.

The service went very well. I had them repair 2 refrigerators. One technician came out for the job. He provided good service, was fair and honest. I thought they had good pricing. He was professional and responsive. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Was able to come earlier than scheduled. Diagnosed problem and fixed it. Suggested specific brand of dishwasher cleaner to use periodically to prevent repeat of problem. Even fixed storm door when he noticed it was not closing properly.

The Mr. Appliance team arrived on time to try and fix my 10 year old LG front loading washer. They diagnosed that the spider that holds the drum in place was broken and the drum liner had worn through and needed to be repaired as well. They completed the repairs but unfortunately we continued to have problems. Mr. Appliance had people out as soon as possible to look at the washer again to try and fix the problems (leaking, loud noises and thumping when in use). After the last time out I spoke to Ed the owner and he recommended that we go ahead and get a new washer - this one is beyond repair. He immediately wrote me a check for the full amount of the repairs less the trip charge which would have been my responsibility regardless as a diagnostic fee. I have had issues in the past with other service providers in trying to get credit back when the repair did not work and it was always a painful process. Ed was very helpful and did not argue with me, but did the right thing immediately to help me resolve the issue so that I can use that money towards my new washer. I wold absolutely work with the Mr. Appliance company again for their professionalism, integrity and customer service.

He was very very good. He was very prompt, courtious, clean, and helpful. He addressed and fixed all of our issues in a timely manner. I would definitley use them again and definitley reccomend them to friends.

When the second technician came to install the circuit board he found two switches on the stove were bad. After adding up all the costs he recommended we not repair the range. We agreed and bought a new range. The problem is that we bought a $110 deal from Angie's List. We used $80 of it on the service call. Now we have $30 unused unless some other appliance goes bad.

Everything was great! They fixed ourproblem within an hour or two. I believe I had to pay additionally for the part.

Very well. Company was prompt to the appointment, even though I had a family emergency and late getting back to my house. He waited for me. He found the problem quickly and repaired it within an hour. He offered to check the washer, since both were not working when I originally called for the appointment. The service visit did cost more than the deal purchased, $80 toward $110 of appliance servicing and I paid $60+ more than expected. But, the deal does state that parts are not included, and he did replace a fuse, and spent additional time cheching my washer, to avoid having to make another service call. The costs were well worth it, and I was pleased with the appointment overall, based on the level of customer service, knowledge of the problem and prompt scheduling.

The service was excellent. The Mr. Appliance serviceman was on-time and careful not to damage the granite counter top. I recommend them to everyone.

We were not charged extra for a weekend call. Because the repair needed on our 2-year-old Maytag Series X500 washer would have cost nearly as much as a new machine, we did not have the Mr. Appliance serviceman do the repair. He explained what would be involved so that we understood why the cost would be so high. He answered our questions about various brands to consider as a replacement. We did not consider Maytag. We had called the Maytag service department before contacting Mr. Appliance. Because it was out of warranty, the machine could be repaired by them for about $325 (they gave this quote without seeing the machine) and said that they would guarantee for one year and fix any problems during the year as part of the offer.

Determined the cause was in a very expensive control circuit board that would have been expensive to replace. Advised that the best approach would be to purchase a new appliance. I agreed with this advice and purchased a new washer and dryer set from Lowes
