They were able to fit me in on short notice (3 days). Susan was very thorough on the phone, going through everything I could possibly expect, so there were absolutely no surprises. The two men who did the moving were friendly, professional and efficient. They moved everything out of my second floor condo and into the truck in 2 hours. I was worried that everything wouldn't fit in the truck, but Justin assured me there would be no problem, and he was right. They moved everything into a storage unit in just over an hour. Everything was stacked neatly and thoughtfully so that I could get to whatever I needed if necessary. I will definitely call them when I have to move again in a few months!

We hired this company to move a refrigerator from our garage to our basement so that we could actually park both cars in the garage. Since it was a small move we just waited until they had other things scheduled in our area. Three very nice young men arrived at the expected time. They took the doors off the refrigerator so that it could fit through the doorways and put them back on once it was in place. They had the move done in pretty short order and we were very happy with the service we received.

We did all the packing ahead of time. The 3 movers showed up and went immediately to work. They took a short break for lunch after packing the truck and then unloaded the truck exactly to our specifications. We could not be more pleased. And the 3 men were friendly, helpful, interesting people who were delightful to work with.

The initial call to 4WeHelp Cincinnati Movers went smoothly. My wife and I thought the pricing was fair for what we were asking. Everything was explained in advance. On the moving day, the men called in advance of their arrival. The men were professional, efficient, and well-mannered. They moved each piece of furniture very carefully and without damaging the furniture or my walls. The furniture they moved was new and some of the pieces were extremely heavy. Again, there was no damage to the furniture or my walls. We thought this was pretty amazing because there is a landing and a turn halfway up the stairs. They navigated this quite well. You could tell they were experienced movers. They also did the final assembly on the bedroom furniture by attaching the legs to each piece. The movers, Justin and Dominick, are to be commended for their professionalism, care, and the job they did. We are very pleased and would definitely use 4WeHelp Cincinnati Movers again in the future.

I contracted them to move the furniture on Thursday afternoon. I was given a window of 12-4 with a call 30 minutes prior to arriving. When I had not heard from them by 4:15, I called to find out where they were. I was told they would contact the driver to find out and be called right back. About 20 minutes later, I got a phone call to say that they had been stuck in traffic and couldn't be there before 5:45. At one point he even mentioned that he "thought that he was pretty sure that he gave the driver the paperwork that morning." If that didn't work, they would put me on for first thing the following morning. I had a dilemma. I had a meeting at 6:00 that I needed to attend which would leave my son in charge or I could have them pick up the furniture the following morning quite possibly at the exact same time my new furniture was to arrive. (It was suggested by the contact at the movers that if my furniture arrived before their guys, then maybe the delivery people would be willing to move the furniture out of the way. I told them that if that happened then 4WeMove would be paying the delivery people extra to do so.) I opted to take my chance with the morning pickup. As per their word, they called me at 7:40 to let me know that they would be at my home in 20 minutes. They show up at 8:30 (50 minutes), took a look around at the furniture, and signed my contract to start at 8:45. (The driver did mention that if he had known about my job the day before, he would have taken care of it on Thursday) They promptly loaded my furniture onto the truck and pulled out at about 9:10. They got to my parents' house (approx. 30 miles away) at about 10:10 and unloaded the truck. They were done in the two hour window and all furniture was moved quite well. My new furniture showed up at about 9:45 which was a bit closer than I hoped but worked out fine. At about 10:30 my doorbell was rung by another guy from 4WeHelp to help the first two guys move my furniture. I explained that they had come and gone and he left. The two guys (Scotty and Timothy) that actually moved my furniture were very professional and courteous. I had zero problems with them. I think the biggest issue was the communication coming from the office. I imagine if that gets fixed then they would be quite reliable. **** UPDATE***** One of the managers did contact me after I wrote the initial report but before it was posted so I know that the phone call was to truly correct the situation. They sincerely apologized to me for the mixup and offered to give me a credit for my next move or some other way to make up for my difficulties. Since the furniture will need to be moved again in late Spring, I opted for the credit and am willing to give them the chance to show me how their business operates in their usual manner. I thought that once the team actually moved my furniture, they did a great job. If that is the kind of service that should be expected, then I would have no problem using them again. I will not hesitate to use the credit that was given to me.
Description of Work: I hired them to move all of th furniture in my family room (couch/2 chairs/ottoman/end table/coffee table/entertainment center) from my home in West Chester to my parents home in Delhi. Minimum purchase is for 2 hours which is what I was paying for.

I was moving between apartments within 2 miles of each other. I was given the time slot on the phone for between 8am and noon. All they required was a $50 deposit (which I did over the phone) and that $50 went towards the final price today. Around 8:15, the movers called me to let me know they would be there within the next 30 minutes. When they arrived, they took a quick look at what needed to be moved then promptly began working very fast. In less than an hour, they had everything out of my old apartment which is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and has a bit of a walk outside to get to the truck. We then drove over to my new place, where they took another quick look at where the elevators and steps were located in comparison to my apartment. They were able to get everything moved in in under an hour again. I honestly didn't think I would be able to have everything moved that fast and had actually assumed I would be paying much higher than I had to. The 3 movers were very polite and handled all of my belongings with great care. This company charges a flat rate of $98 / hour, which is very reasonable compared to other companies that slip in those "fees" for the truck, travel cost, and amount of movers. I would HIGHLY recommend 4WeHelp Cincinnati Movers to anyone looking for quality movers with no hidden fees. I'm actually a college student, so I know how annoying it is to move (I have several times over my college career). This company is very affordable for college students who don't feel like going through the hassles of moving.

From the moment we set up the appointment over the phone to the moment we signed the papers when they finished, I was very impressed with 4WeHelp movers. Their online appointment reminders were great, and their use of technology throughout the process made everything go smoothly (for instance, Square processing for credit cards on site). When Justin and Steve pulled up on tuesday morning, they got right to work, and they worked their butts off the whole time. They did a great job loading our truck, and getting everything where we wanted it to be on the other end. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond at various times to make sure we got everything how and where we wanted it. I would definitely use 4WeHelp movers again in a heartbeat, and I am recommeding them to friends and family.

I was sorely disappointed in their overall performance. I was emailed a confirmation of a window of 12-2, but a general 12-4 time block was also present for an afternoon move. I called at 2, to see the status of the movers. There was no status, and the person in the office said he would check and get back to me. There was no call back. I called at 3 to say we were outside the 2pm window and ask when would movers arrive. I was very polite and the person on the phone apologized and said the movers would arrive within 20 minutes. I called at 4 and received the same response. The movers arrived at 4:15, outside of the 12-2 and the 12-4 window of time. I called the supervisor and requested that the minimum charge not apply to this move because I had been waiting and the movers were late--if holding to their original time frame--2 hours and 15 minutes late! The supervisor would not negotiate with me on the minimum time frame or take responsibility for being late. I said that I would contact Angie's List and BBB and he said fine. I then declined service. I requested a refund of my deposit. There was an answer of NO. Once I knew I would not get my deposit back, I figured I would bite the bullet and pay for the full two hours, and use the men a full two hours--as I was originally only expecting to use them for one hour. When the men checked in to say that they were going to do the work, the supervisor told them to LEAVE.I feel that this is a situation where the supervisor did not understand the dissatisfaction of the customer, did not try to apologize or make the situation right in ANY way. Instead of taking a humble response it was a clear NO from the start. I am left to ANGIE'S LIST and the BBB to ensure that this does not happen again.

Several of the member’s statements are incorrect. Because of her manner the calls were put on speakerphone so there are 5 witnesses that can verify this. The member also neglected to mention part of the email she referred to in her complaint. To help her we have included it below and we have also made changes to the email to avoid any possible confusion in the future. "If you reserved a morning window, your moving crew will arrive between 9am and 12pm. If you reserved an afternoon window, your moving crew will arrive between 12pm and 4pm." We use an outside service to mail out our reminders and they can provide a copy to Angie's List of the email to show that the customer is inaccurately stating what those emails said. The member was scheduled for the afternoon and based on the information we gathered from her, we estimated the job would need 2-3 hours. The member was told on the phone when she made the reservation that the crew would arrive between 12pm and 4pm. When she called the office she was again told that the crew would arrive between 12pm and 4pm and we would call 30-45 minutes before their arrival, as this is our standard procedure. When she stated the email said otherwise the supervisor explained she had misread the email and she was not told otherwise. Again, this is our standard policy and was stated in the email she received. The supervisor did apologize for the confusion but not for the crew being late as they were not late when she called and that was made clear to the member. The crew arrived at 4:15 and the member refused to sign the contract which Ohio state law and our insurance requires. She used a crew member’s phone to call a supervisor and demanded that we charge her for only one hour of moving expenses, regardless of the amount of time her move took. When the supervisor reminded her that we have a 2-hour minimum and that the crew was only 15 minutes late, she threatened to report us to Angie's List and the BBB if we did not agree to charge her for only one hour. The 2 hour minimum is printed on the contract and the supervisor said he did not have the power to authorize any changes to a legal contract but he would be happy to speak with our owner and get back to her the next day. After 10-15 minutes of the member threatening our supervisor in several ways he declined her business. The supervisor then asked the cell phone be returned to the crew member so they could be sent back to our office. She refused and hung up on him. She called a moment later from the cell phone she had not yet returned and demanded an immediate refund of her deposit. He stated he could not give her an immediate refund and she said, "Wow, you really drive a hard bargain..." and then hung up on him again before he could respond. If she had not hung up on him he would have explained that he personally was on another move and only the office staff could process a refund from a secure terminal as our credit card processor requires. That refund was processed before 10am the next morning 5/25/12. As he had not heard back from the crew after the member hung up, the supervisor called the crew again. At that time he found the member had falsely stated to the crew that he had authorized them to start work. The supervisor instructed them to return to our office immediately. It is not our policy to work for any customer that has threatened our staff. We value Angie’s List and the DOZENS of positive reviews we have on this valuable service. We can verify our statements and challenge the customer to do the same as many of hers are inaccurate. Regardless, customers that use Angie’s List as a tool to extort businesses are not customers we will provide service for.

The aforementioned couch is quite heavy and bulky. The two-man crew showed up within 10 minutes of the appointed time. While it took some twisting and turning, they were able to get the couch down the stairs, out the door, and into our basement. There were a couple of minor rips in the couch fabric, but considering how tight the squeeze was, this would have been difficult to avoid. The crew were professional and friendly and their flat fee pricing for a small move was better than the others I was quoted. Very good service!

It was wonderful! John & Patrick met me at my sister's house. They removed the doors and loaded the fridge on to their truck. They got it to my house 4 blocks away. They unloaded it, put the doors back on and got it in place without a scratch! Perfect!

They were move than willing to do whatever was asked of them, even if it meant moving the same heavy armoire from one room to the next and back just to satisfy my "decision that it was in the right place." This was a HARD and COMPLEX move with heavy furniture and steps and stairwells which were a major challenge. While disappointed that some of my master bedroom furniture would not make it up to the bedroom (it really is gorgeous in the living room!!)), I appreciated the fact that they knew it wasn't going to fit and they didn't try to make it fit which would have resulted in nicks to the walls and furniture. They didn't leave until they made sure I was satisfied and there wasn't anything more they could do. I could not have pulled this move off without them! My goal was to hire movers to move the big and heavy stuff and they definitely gave me my money's worth. I would definitely use again!
Description of Work: I was in the process of preparing for a move when I was presented an opportunity to join Angie's List and purchase a Big Deal offer where I could save up to $150 on my move. The labor charges were in line with the Company that I was considering so, after checking them out on their website and liking the choice of "moving" options, I choose to rent my own truck and contract with them for 3-men -- labor only. They even recommended a local truck rental Company, Mister Rental, which turned out to be a great option. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of the move!!! The guys were GREAT! They were sensitive to the fact that this move was the result of a divorce situation and emotions were high.

I would not recommend this company and I am very disappointed that this was a featured Big Deal! They were quick to set up a moving date and time, but after this it fell apart. I was told the move would take no longer that 2 hours and my total cost was to be $141.00. Three guys showed up and after an hour all three had to take a smoke break! They continued to take smoke breaks throughout the move...at least 4 times! Needless to say the move took 4 hours. The boss did show up when they were taking so long and only charged me for 3 1/2 hours even though it should not have taken more than 2 hours. They also did not check the closets and left me lots to move myself! I thought when this was a featured Big Deal that meant that this company would go above and beyond as a credible service provider. I will be very skeptical next time on recommending Angie's Big Deal. I did not appreciate being blind-sided with higher costs for this move. I do not feel that smoking breaks by all three at the same time is ever necessary or professional.
Description of Work: This was a move from an extremely small one bedroom apartment on a second floor in an old building in Hyde Park. It is only an 8 apartment building. I was making a move to another one bedroom apartment one block away. This apartment is on the fourth floor. There is an elevator, so all except the couch and one chair were placed in it. This was all stated upon getting a quote.

I hope that any other Angie's List subscribers reading this report realize how irrational it is. To expect a 1 bedroom apartment to be moved from a 2nd floor apartment to a 4th apartment in less than 2 hours is unrealistic and the customer actually had a 2 bedroom apartment which we explain below. Keep in mind we have won local and national awards for our service from several different organizations. If any concerned clients would like to inspect our credentials and references they are welcome to contact us. Please do not judge us on the review of one unrealistic client. To the customer, I am the one that scheduled your moving service. I wanted to respond to a few incorrect statements in your report. - When we spoke on the phone in no way did I state that "the move would take no longer that 2 hours". As I said above, that expectation is foolish. - At the time you booked the job our rate was $108/hr for a 2 man crew with truck. We have a 2 hour minimum making the minimum charge $216, not $141. State regulation requires we clearly explain our pricing, it is posted our website and on the phone. In fact, no combination of our services could ever total "$141". - You told us and wrote on Angie's List you had a 1-bedroom apartment. That is also false. Even though you used the second bedroom as an office, that is still another room of furniture and boxes to move which you did not mention on the phone. We cannot give correct estimates when the client gives us incorrect information - A typical 1 bedroom apartment uses about 900 cubic feet of space in a moving truck. Your move required about 1200 cubic feet of space in our moving truck. - Also, our standard practice is to send a 3 man crew to any job.that has more than 2 flights of stairs or an elevator. I did inform you of this and you refused the 3 man crew. - I also did inform you that your move would take longer than 2 hours and the elevator would slow things down considerably. I then told you my estimate based was 3-5 hours. Again, that was based on you having a 1 bedroom apartment, not 2 bedrooms. All of this is in our notes which are timestamped and I will be happy to provide to Angie's List - On the day of the move we sent a 3rd man FREE OF CHARGE because we knew the crew would have issues as your expectations were very unrealistic. - During the move the crew notified me that you were still not pleased. I personally visited the job site. The elevator was small, roughly the size of an average bathroom without a bathtub and EXTREMELY slow. I timed the elevator because I was surprised about how slow it truly was. It took approximately 3 minutes for the elevators doors to close, travel 4 floors and reopen. With such a small and slow elevator dozens of trips were required. The travel time in the elevator alone took more than an hour just as I had told you it would when we first spoke on the phone. Again, something you cannot expect us to be responsible for, especially since I had told you to expect that. - You did not have the key to lock the elevator as you were told would be needed. You were in the apartment directing where the movers were to put things so a crew member had to stand and hold the elevator door open the entire time. - As for the smoking, as we have real employees, state law requires that they are given a 15 minute break. They are all required to take their break at the same time. This makes it simple to calculate the break time and make sure the customer is not charged for that time, which you were not. Since they had been working all day, their next break was about halfway through your move. - You were not "blind-sided" by the cost. The single page contract you signed clearly stated our rates and the crew leader also explained to you that your move was going to more than 2 hours when they arrived because you had a 2 bedroom apartment, not 1 bedroom as you had incorrectly told us. We have standard estimates available on our website or by phone for the very reason of avoiding situations like this. We have years of experience and training. We offered you advice based on that experience and training. Advice which you ignored. When you hire a professional service that has had thousands of satisfied customers and you ignore what that service says, you simply cannot blame the service. I do sincerely hope in the future you are more realistic about your move and you have a better experience.

We bought a foreclosed house and my husband needed a lot of help hauling away junk and construction debris. They came with a truck and trailer and did it for much cheaper than we could rent a dumpster for. We liked them so much that we asked them to come back and move us out of our apartment and into our new house. They gave us an estimate of 6 hours and were done in five. They were very careful with the hardwood floors we just had refinished. We forgot to buy pads to put under the legs so that the floor didn't get scratched and they used cut up pieces of cardboard without us even asking.
Description of Work: First they came and hauled away trash and debris from a house we were remodeling. Then we rented a U-Haul truck that they loaded and unloaded for us from our apartment into our new house.

They were very responsive. I had originally contracted them then decided to use friends. My friends ended up not being able to help so I call them back and they were able to accommodate me. The downside was when I spoke with owner of company, I explained I had rented a truck, but I needed people to do the heavy lifting and reassemble the larger items. He made some good suggestions based on my budget. I got everything ready and they showed up. One of the people they sent was in training and one was supposed to be an expert, but did not follow my original instructions. They ended up not fitting everything in the truck and left larger items behind. By the time we got to the new apartment, it was midnight and since they do not work past midnight I ended up without a bed and many items. They would not even get my bed out of the truck and refused to put by bed together since I took it apart, even though the owner instructed me to disassemble it to save money and time. The owner tried to send an extra guy, but in the end I was charged for extra time, paid for the truck an extra day, and paid almost additional $200.00 to get help to complete the move the next day. In addition, they would not continue once it got dark unless a signed a waiver for any damaged items. They forgot the waiver, so I had to write something up before they would continue. I felt backed into the corner and I was very frustrated. The communication between myself, the owner, and his employees were a problem and their willingness to do what I had discussed for them to do.
Description of Work: They moved some of the furniture and boxes from my old apartment to my new apartment.

ON 7/17/08 THE MEMBER CONTACTED US FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING A RENTAL TRUCK THAT SHE WAS PROVIDING ON 7/31/08. SHE WAS REFERRED TO US BY HER LANDLORD WHOM WE HAVE DONE OTHER WORK FOR AND HER LANDLORD REMAINS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. WE SCHEDULED SERVICE FOR 9AM EST. ON 7/28/08 SHE SENT WRITTEN NOTICE TO CANCEL HER RESERVATION BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL REASONS. EVEN THOUGH OUR POLICY IS NORMALLY TO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE WE FELT SORRY FOR HER AND WAIVED IT. ON 7/31/08 SHE CALLED WANTING TO KNOW WHEN WE WOULD BE THERE AND WHY WE WERE LATE. WE CALLED HER BACK AND REMINDED HER THAT SHE HAD CANCELED. SHE STATED SHE HAD CHANGED HER MIND BECAUSE SHE HAD NO FRIENDS OR FAMILY AND WANTED US TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. WE RESCHEDULED HER MOVE FOR 12PM THAT DAY. AT 11AM SHE CALLED AND SAID SHE WOULD NOT BE READY FOR THE 12PM APPOINTMENT AND ASKED US TO COME AT 1PM. BY THIS POINT WE HAD RECOGNIZED THAT THE MEMBER WAS HAVING PROBLEMS SO WE CALLED AT 12PM TO MAKE SURE SHE WOULD BE READY BY 1PM. AT THAT TIME SHE SAID SHE WOULD NOT AND ASKED US TO RESCHEDULE FOR 4PM. JUST BEFORE 4PM WE SPOKE TO HER AGAIN AND SHE ASKED US TO DELAY THINGS AS LONG AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE SHE WAS STILL NOT PACKED AND READY. WE INFORMED HER THEN THAT WE COULD NOT WORK ALL NIGHT AND 5PM WAS THE LATEST WE COULD COME. SHE TOLD US TO COME AS LATE AS POSSIBLE. WHEN THE 2MAN CREW ARRIVED ABOUT 5PM THEY CALLED THE MANAGER AND INFORMED HIM THAT HER APARTMENT WAS A “MESS”. SHE ALSO DID NOT RENT A LARGE ENOUGH TRUCK AND INFORMED US THAT IT WAS BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT AFFORD THE LARGER TRUCK FOR HER MOVE. THERE WAS NO CLEAR PATH TO WALK AND THE ITEMS SHE WANTED MOVED SUCH AS TABLES AND BEDS HAD HER OTHER BELONGINGS PILED ON TOP OF THEM, DRESSERS WERE STILL FULL OF CLOTHING, CABINETS STILL FULL OF BOOKS AND DISHES. A 3RD MAN WAS SENT TO THE JOB FREE OF CHARGE TO HELP. THE CREW HAD TO MOVE SMALLER ITEMS JUST TO BE ABLE TO WALK THROUGH THE HOUSE. THE CREW WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAKE PICTURES WITH THEIR CELL PHONES BECAUSE IT BECAME OBVIOUS THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY UPSET AND IRRATIONAL. THE PICTURES SHOW THE APT WITH TRASH AND CLOTHING ALL OVER. AFTER SEEING THE PICTURES THE MANAGER CALLED THE MEMBER AND EXPLAINED THAT THE JOB WOULD TAKE MUCH LONGER THAN 2 HOURS. SHE SAID THAT THE CREW WAS TO CONTINUE ANYWAY AND SHE WOULD PAY IT. THE MEMBER HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED TO RENT MOVING PADS WITH HER RENTAL TRUCK BUT DID NOT AND STATED IT WAS BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT AFFORD THEM. SHE PROVIDED SHEETS AND LINENS WHICH ARE OBVIOUSLY NOT GOOD PADDING. THE CREW INFORMED HER OF THIS AND IT MADE THE PROCESS MUCH SLOWER AND NOT EVERYTHING FIT LIKE IT WOULD HAVE IF SHE HAD PROVIDED PROPER MATERIALS. THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE MOVE THE MEMBER WOULD CALL THE MANAGER, GO INTO A CRYING FIT AND HANG UP ON HIM. WHEN HE TRIED CALLING HER OFTEN SHE DID NOT ANSWER AND THE CREW ON SITE COULD NOT FIND HER TO ASK WHAT TO DO WITH ITEMS SHE DID NOT HAVE READY. HER CHILDREN WERE PRESENT BUT THE MEMBER WOULD APPEAR TO SCREAM AT THEM FOR NOT HELPING AND THEN DISAPPEAR AGAIN. AT MIDNIGHT THE CREW INFORMED THE MEMBER THEY WERE LEAVING BUT A DIFFERENT CREW WOULD RETURN EARLY IN THE MORNING. SHE WAS GIVEN A LARGE DISCOUNT OF MORE THAN $200 OFF OUR NORMAL RATES AND NOT CHARGED AT ALL FOR THE 3RD MAN. THE MEMBER CALLED THE MANAGER AND INFORMED HIM THAT THE CREW LEAVING WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. SHE INSISTED THEY MAKE A SECOND TRIP THAT NIGHT TO FINISH. THE MANAGER EXPLAINED THAT IF SHE HAD BEEN READY, HAD THE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND STARTED AT THE ORIGINALLY AGREED UPON TIME SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. HE OFFERED TO RETURN THE NEXT MORNING BUT SHE HUNG UP ON HIM. WE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF SHE STILL NEEDED HELP BUT SHE DID NOT ANSWER AND DID NOT RETURN OUR CALL. A FEW DAYS LATER A MAN CLAIMING TO BE HER BOYFRIEND CALLED. HIS ACCENT WAS THICK SO NOT MUCH OF HIS MESSAGE WAS UNDERSTANDABLE BUT HE PHYSICALLY THREATENED US. WE WERE ORDERED BY OUR OWNER TO NOT SPEAK TO THE MEMBER AGAIN. WE HAVE EMAILS, PHONE BILLS AND A SIGNED CONTRACT AS PROOF. WE ALSO HAVE CONTACTED HER LANDLORD ABOUT THE CONDITION OF HER APARTMENT, THE EVENTS AND HER MENTAL STATE. WE BELIEVE THAT THE MEMBER IS TRYING TO EXTORT A REFUND FOR SERVICES BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY AS SHE ORIGINALLY ADMITTED AND HAD NEVER INTENDED TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES. WE PITY THE MEMBER AND HER SITUATION BUT IF SHE HAD KEPT HER ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT AND FOLLOWED OUR INSTRUCTIONS SHE WOULD NOT HAVE EXPERIENCED THE PROBLEMS SHE DID.

Sam and John worked hard for the entire time and never really took brakes at all. They were careful with our things and took full loads on each trip. Nice guys as well. They also were able to do the work with only a few hours notice, which we really appreciated.

They responded quickly to my inquiry, made a plan, gave an estimate, kept me up-to-date on their progress, called when they were on their way, took superb care of my property. In short, they did everything one would hope, communicated as much as necessary and gave advice commensurate with their extensive experience in the business. Basically, they were amazing.
