Everything went well.

DELIVERED AND PLACED WHERE INDICATED. I WAS NOT HOME. THE PILE WAS NEATLY DUMPED EXACTLY WHERE REQUESTED. DELIVERY COST SEEMED HIGH, $77.

They are fine. They deliver when they say they are going to deliver, the price is fine, and the wood is always fine as well.

Phone contact was smooth and pleasant. Delivery on time and suited my schedule. Driver was accommodating, placing the wood as per my request. Wood all cured and cut to the size of my fireplace. Quite a few small pieces, but they burn too.

We used Motz again because I haven't found other firewood providers that are reliable for delivery dates. It was cured and burns well. Some of their loads have a lot of dirt on the logs and this one did also. I don't remember having this issue with Motz until recently, but it's not bad enough that it prevents me from using them. They delivered when they said it would be here and stacked it where I requested. The delivery and stacking are almost as much as the firewood but it's a time issue for me.

They were good and put the wood up on the porch. I would definitely use them again.

I had placed an order in March from a different sod farm and while they had much lower pricing than Motz, they could never seem to deliver the sod. After 3 weeks of waiting (after I had already graded and rolled the yard and just had dirt sitting there), I finally called Motz on a referral from my boss. Sure enough, Motz was able to schedule for delivery of fresh-cut sod later that same day. The delivery driver was great, got the sod through a tight gateway so it could rest under my carport in the shade while I was installing it, and showed me everything I need to know to install and take care of the sod. There were a few pieces that broke apart but for the most part, the sod was of high quality. It still looks great and I was so happy to have green grass again. Will use Motz again for any sod I need and will probably order firewood from them for the fall.

The experience was just fine. They did what they said they'd do. They did it fast and clean. Their punctuality was great.

Motz delivered the afternoon of the day I called. One of the men came to the door to collect the check. He was polite and professional (I had the check ready.) Three men unloaded the wood where I asked them to unload it and were finished within ten minutes. The wood, so far, seems to be of high quality.

Will use Motz from here on out for firewood. It's a mix of hardwoods and it is extremely well seasoned. The cuts are the right size and split well and in different thicknesses, which is perfect for a load. This wood burns really, really well and is the best we have ever gotten.

My husband is overjoyed with the quality of wood we have received from them. They do a very good job of stacking and are very prompt with the delivery.

Two gentlemen delivered 1/3 cord of firewood and dumped it in the driveway.

This is the second year we have used them, pretty decent pricing and good service.

THE PRICE NOTED ABOVE WAS FOR D-CUT, DELIVERED AND STACKED WOOD. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY CAME ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD, STACKED THE WOOD VERY NICELY RIGHT WERE I TOLD THEM TO AND IN FACT, STACKED SOME OTHER WOOD THAT WAS LAYING AROUND IN THE AREA. THE WOOD BURNS GREAT AS WELL!
