Description of Work: They fixed the flashing around my chimney because it was leaking. Arrived on time, did the work, did not leave a mess.

Description of Work: They charged an extra 450 dollars approximately to put twenty five singles in repair on my roof. The owner called and told me I needed a new roof.. I told him I am selling the house and have no intentions of putting 10,000 to 12,000 dollars into a house I am moving out of. I lived here with this roof with no problem and if it's good enough for me it's good enough for whoever buys it. If they want to put a new roof on it's up to them.

Description of Work: Molloy installed Leaf Guard gutter covers on the main gutter on the back of my house, which is always clogging with leaves and maple tree seeds. They were prompt and professional and provided both a detailed estimate before and detailed receipt afterwards. I have not had any issues with the gutter clogging or overfilling, like I did before the installation! |I will definitely use this provider again!

Description of Work: Complete roof replacement. |They took a long time to get the job done, seemed like we were not a priority to them. They left the yard a mess with nails, old shingles, etc. I had to have them come back and clean up even after their inspector came and checked things over after the job was "complete". They also had to come back out and cut some shingles off the edge of the roof after the job. Again the inspector came out and missed this.

Description of Work: After a big rain storm, my gutters needed repair. I called Malloy and they explained their procedure for minor gutter repairs which would be no more than $200. A service man called me about a week later to come to the house that day. He fixed the gutter problem, inspected all the other gutters and added diffusers to a couple areas where rain came down off my roof too quickly. The work took about one-half hour and the invoice came several days later.
