+ -1 moreMolinaro ruined a track drain I had purchased by installing it incorrectly. Their concrete work is crumbling, and they didn't put concrete on both sides of the drain left a gap for water to drain into instead of the drain. They broke a concrete paver stepping stone and left it. They never attached the downspout drain to the street as asked for. They took my $2,400 for 9 hours of work and refused to give me a refund for unused portion of money because I didn't want them back. BEWARE! They do not know what they are doing.
Description of Work: Track drain installed in driveway, downspout drainage system completed to the street (already installed almost there), polysand installed for paver patio and walkway in front of house.

They drew out the design, waited for approval by myself, and implemented what they said they’d do. They stayed on site until the job was completed, which is a plus! Communication was top touch! Responsive and addressing needs and concerns promptly.

He arrived with three helpers and a tractor, They did the job quickly and professionally and the end charge was exactly what we agreed upon, with no "sudden unforeseen work needing extra money" incidents (which contractors often seem to discover). We are VERY satisfied with the work done.
