Revolution Properties was referred to me through a provider referral service my realtor provided for us. Logan, the VP, contacted me quickly, within 1 hr of my initial contact with the referral service and was able to schedule within 2 working days (important when working against the short deadlines associated with inspections in real estate contracts). He was on time, professional and worked efficiently. He seemed competent in his discussion of the many issues the house presented (electrical, HVAC, HWH and what I had mainly contacted him for: repairs needed to structural elements damaged by termites.) He was thorough and honest about the variables that made it difficult to specifically estimate the work needed for the structural damage. The next day, he sent estimates for the other repairs, and they seemed on-target compared with some general costs we had found on the internet. We ultimately didn't hire RP because we didn't purchase the house, which needed many other repairs in addition to the ones Logan evaluated. But based on his quick response and professionalism we would certainly consider hiring RP for future work.
