Mister Sparky Electric - Cincinnati

We had several items that needed taking care of including running independent electric under our deck for an A/C unit. Jim was able to get everything done the same day he came out to give an estimate. Everything about the company was top notch, including the dispatchers. 03/13/19 UPDATE: Jim was awesome! He has done work for us before, and we are always very happy with it. He can do all jobs, big or small.

They did a good job putting in a new outlet in my bathroom. Cleaned up nice. Price was OK, a little more than I thought it would be but worth it since I now have an outlet in my bathroom!

courteous business operator and electrician

I had an outdoor light fixture that needed replacedo or so I thought it needed replace the technician check the fixture found the bulbs weren't making contact with the terminal in the bottom off the socket. He clean the terminal and readjusted(bent)the tabs in position to make contact with the bulbs. Repair took less than 15 minutes. Very professional didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I will use them again in the future repairs.

Corey was wonderful. Came in with slippers on his feet even though the weather was fine. He did everything in a half hour. He replaced a light switch and fixture and I was very happy with the level of service provided.

Electrician told me the light I purchased was bad and so I bought another. However, it wasn’t the light fixture, it was that electricity from the switch to the fixture wasn’t working. All in all $300 spent for disappointing results.

They were able to do an estimate and the work the same day. Would definitely consider using in the future!

Punctual friendly great estimate

I was able to hire them same day... they did 3 rooms. I wish I can post pictures of the dimmers that were installed... two on them were left with holes on the wall around the installation. The other room has the light fixture and now also has nails popping from the ceiling around were the light was installed. Lights work great... but now there is fixing to do in every single room they worked on. The employees were very nice and courteous. They vacuumed after the installation and wore shoe covers. I called customer service... hoping someone can help fix what was done

Great experience. Our electrician was prompt and professional. Had a great solution to adding our outlets without cutting drywall. Looks great to see no wires.

I especially appreciated the option to move up my appointment by one day after Mister Sparky had a cancellation thereby freeing up my schedule. Kyle did an excellent job installing the outlets to include cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend Mister Sparky & Kyle!

It would have been great to have price comparisons. But that’s on me and not the vendor.
