The Tech that came out named Briar was very courteous and professional. He took care of our problem quickly. He was a very fine young man. His work was done in a minimal amount of time.

They did miss quote as a separate breaker needed to be added, however, did give a nice discount for the additional work required.

Briar was thorough yet quick. Polite and professional.

He was polite. He took down the old fan, replaced it with the new fan and removed the trash from the site when he was done. I was very pleased.

Very professional. Only problem was they said they were going to waive my 59.00 fee but instead charged me for it. That wasn't good. And did not receive my warranty neither my invoice until 4 days later.

Technician was very nice and very knowledgeable

Tyler showed up and he was very nice-no concerns about him. In my online request, I described the 2 jobs in detail, and one was replacing a chandelier on a high ceiling of 17 ft high. The sales office did not send enough people or the right equipment which they should have known. Tyler said I could rebook and maybe a ladder would work, or I could rent a scaffolding. I paid $233 to have a dimmer switch installed-the $59 fee for an estimate was completely unfair as I was never given an estimate for anything, and 1 of 2 jobs was not completed. And someone should have known what was required for the chandelier job. I will never use them again.

I have nothing but praise for them Great job professional friendly on time and clean.

Sent someone who wasn?t prepared for the job I specifically asked for when I called. Not only did he not have any idea what I wanted he insisted I pay a service call and signed me up for an Annual plan I never agreed to. I had to call the office to cancel it and it took several days before they did. In the end I was refunded my money but I felt the entire experience was unprofessional and will never recommend this business to anyone.

Personable professional

The young man who came to the house was professional and personable. He repaired the fixture wiring which had been installed improperly and installed the proper box. Now that I am repairing the ceiling under the fixture before putting the light back up, I realize that I don't have the screws that should have supplied with the ceiling box. But as a whole, Mr. Sparky was responsive and efficient. I cannot speak to the price (which may have been a bit high) as I have not used an electrician in several years. Deano

Mike, the electrician wore booties, cleaned up and removed the old fixture. He was efficient & thorough. He arrived at the appointment time and finished the job in 1 & 1/2 hrs. He didnâ t park in the driveway. He told me it was customer policy not to block the customerâ s access.

Job took 5 min got bill for 1 hour and $45 trip fee.

Did not install correctly. Was supposed to come back and did not show up. Called next day and said sorry he forgot. I ended having to hire another electrician.

Be sure to get additional estimates. The quoted price from Mr. Sparky was almost 4 times higher than the estimate given to us by HomeAdvisor, and we did not get the 15% discount advertised by going through Angie/HomeAdvisor.

I contacted a total of 6 electric service companies over the course of more than a week. Gave each one a full day to get back in touch with me. 4 of them never bothered to return my call or internet contact. 1 did return my call and said he'd call me the next day to set up an appointment but never did. I contacted Mr. Sparky over the internet and literally within 10 seconds Mr. Sparky contacted me, set up an appointment, and within a week finished the work. They did a great job.
