I completed a bathroom remodel with Mink. Work quality was fine, but slow. Rarely put in a full day of work. Communication and clean-up/tidiness need improvement.

Fred did a great job of listening to me and making sure we were on the same page so I'd be happy with his end product. He took pictures as he went so I could see the progress he made even when I wasn't on site. I had a tight budget and he was able to negotiate the level of finish to make it fit my finances. He even came back and did an unrelated small repair project for me after the bathroom was done.

I just feel like the owner was in over his head. He and another employee did not cover anything when they started demolition in the basement so dust and debris was all over the house.He may have thought he could complete the job in the 3 weeks with help, but they never worked full days, and the one or two days they did it was the weekend when i was home. It ended up taking 2 and 1/2 months, and that is being generous, because he was mostly working alone. During that time he continuously begged for money to complete the days work. In the end we are still battling in court because he failed to pay a contractor he hired, and now he is suing me. The actual job was done with many flaws. I am currently trying to fix closet doors that fell off the hinges within 1 week of moving into the bedrooms. The bathroom door is a sliding door into a wall, and the locking mechanism doesn't lock, and if it does, it jams and people are stuck in the bathroom. Water leaks under the sink, water leaks to the floor for the shower, the toilet is way too close to the wall. The dimensions of the actual bathroom are smaller than was quoted, as well as the bedrooms. The outside wall built to replace the garage door was poorly put up. There is no sealant and moisture is seeping in. I could go on, but you get the picture. The job needed more than was given or quoted. I do not recommend this contractor. He is a nice gentleman, but is not reliable.

It was fine. They were personable. They let you know what was going on. They let you know what was the process.

It was fine. There was no problem. They showed up and they did what they were supposed to do.

Excellent service, they are on time, reasonable in price, and every thing was completed in a timely manner.

He does an excellent job! Very professional, explain things to you in full detail and if he can't do the job, he's not gonna do it.

The work was great. He does really good job.
