Description of Work: Installed split-rail fence around backyard. Kyle, who came out to do the estimate, was professional and informative. The gentlemen who actually installed the fence worked hard and professionally and completed the work in reasonable time.

Description of Work: The work was excellent but our fence took 6 weeks to complete. The company claimed it was not their fault, but due to the manufacturer of the fence, however we were still disappointed with the time frame it took. It is completed now and looks beautiful.

Description of Work: Remove and replace 300ft of split rail with Ky.3 board. |Project went fairly well, rain delays. My installer, Matt did a great high quality job. Good company.

Description of Work: Used a subcontractor (this was not explained up front) who could not manage time, could not show up on time, left due to lack of material and or manpower multiple times and laid out the fence line crooked. Having said that, the fence does look good and the gate doors were done very well.

They came out, remeasured, made recommendations on product and updated their estimate, all very professional. They installed the fence a week before the scheduled date which worked for us. They came out and replaced several parts that needed to be replaced. Nice work very timely. Would use them again.

Description of Work: The first person came for about two hours and then left. He had started placing the posts in the wrong place so we assumed he got mad when we pointed it out. He called the next day and said he would be back the following day but never showed up. After two days of waiting, we called the company who said they would send their backup team the next day. They did complete the work as promised which was good but the quality seemed like they rushed through it. The posts were all different heights so we asked them to come back and cut the tops off so they were level. They came back and did most of them and we haven't heard anything since. They weren't horrible but I don't think I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Privacy fence with gait. Great job and efficient. Best price after quotes from several companies. Gave a B on punctuality although most was due to weather and couldn't be helped.

Description of Work: Repaired stockade fence that they installed in early 1990's--replaced one pole and two spruce sections.

Description of Work: Installed 3 board Kentucky board fence with liner. Approx 240 linear feet w/ heavier gauge wire and 3 gates. Kyle came out and gave an estimate. Was very prompt and accommodate schedule wise. Their central office called to schedule install time within a few days of giving the go ahead. Install was ok. Left a lot of dirt and rock around each post. Still having a hard time getting grass to grow. I opted for matching cedar gates in the same style as the fence and those had to be special made. It took over a month to get those gates installed which I was unaware of. The installers did however cover each opening with the wire mesh so we could go ahead and let the dogs in play in the yard. All in all, good experience and very fair price.

Description of Work: Did not use this company. Although quote friendly, the man they sent to measure made a mistake measuring the length of the yard. We caught this because it was 20ft longer than the other side. He forgot to reset the wheel. Although the estimate was for less expensive wood, a 4 ft fence, not 6, their estimate was $2000 higher than one from a previous company and only had a 1 year warranty on the work. Not the fence. I later realized he had measured wrong on the width by over 50 ft. If they couldn't measure....how was I totrust them with a job this expensive andimportant. When I declined, the man texted back staying he forgot the discount for a job over 300 feet....which was still above my first estimate for a 6ft fence using ask cedar. No thanks.

Description of Work: I called a number of the local fence providers, but Mills Fence was the only company that took the time to come to my home and do a proper assessment of what I wanted. The estimator, Ces, came on time, took measurements and photos, and submitted a quote to me via email within 2 days. I actually made a change, adding an additional gate, and the quote was promptly updated. The scheduler called within a day of accepting the proposal. Installers (Cres, Mario) arrived on the appointed day, and the posts were installed. They had to return the following day to allow the posts to setup, due to the way I wanted the liner installed. The fencing was 4-rail Kentucky board. We're very pleased with the install!
