MIKE'S QUALITY PAINTING

Mike painted all the walls in our condo -beautiful neutral colors. He decorated our lower level, and applied some additional much-needed finishing. He hung our pictures in a very sturdy manner, installed shower and curtain rods, helped with landscaping needs, added garage hooks, and provided ideas for various questions that I asked for future decorating. Mike's painting is meticulous, and it is the best that I have ever had in my homes. His work is so beautiful that other condo owners were trying to schedule him to redo project areas for them. In addition when Mike is finished, he cleans up with his old, trusty vacuum so that nothing is ever left behind. In closing, Mike is truly the best you will ever find to enhance your home and to lift your spirits in a colorful "song!" Ps Mike also painted the outside of our previous home and did an awesome job, too!

Mike came immediately to discuss the work. His ideas were super, He came each day at our convenience, and he worked diligently and carefully. Mike was very compassionate going about his work quietly, as my husband has had a period of serious illness, and Mike was extremely cognizant of my husband's recuperative needs. This helped tremendously when a family faces a large interior decorating project while having accompanying special needs. Mike finished in a little over a week-all walls were beautiful, and he also helped us to install drapery rods for our drapes.

They were very considerate. They were helpful and neat. I think they were very professionaland courteous. They were very honest and careful with their work. They were also excellent when it came time to clean up.

It was excellent. He was going to power wash it but when he saw our flowers he said he would do it by hand to protect our flowers. His personality is very nice. He wrote us a thank you note for having him come.

MIKE PAINTED THREE BEDROOMS IN OUR HOUSE AND A WALK-IN CLOSET WITH TWO COATS OF PORTER PAINT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN AN INDIVIDUAL PAINT AS EFFICIENTLY AS MIKE DID. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY. WE WERE CONCERNED INITIALLY BECAUSE HE CHARGES BY THE HOUR AND WORKS FROM AN ESTIMATE. HOWEVER, HE ENDED UP FINISHING WELL UNDER HIS ESTIMATE AND THAT SAVED US ABOUT $200. MIKE DOES NOT MARK-UP HIS PAINT OR SUPPLIES, SO YOU GET HIS CONTRACTOR DISCOUNT ON QUALITY PORTER PAINT. WE RECOMMEND MIKE HIGHLY.
