 + -1 moreReija called us and said she would email a proposal. It arrived within a day. She called us several times to see if we had any questions. After getting our approval, she asked that we mail a signed copy back to her, but commenced with the work before it arrived. We asked her to email pictures showing the completed work. She even sent "before" and "after" pictures. The work was done quickly and expertly. The tree was removed, but the smaller branches were left for the city to pick up. We asked if we could wait to send the payment until the city picked up the branches. Reija was receptive to that and called after the city picked them up. She even sent pictures showing no branches in front of the property!
Description of Work: A storm blew down a tree on a neighbor's property. Half landed on our property. We are absentee owners and knew no one to remove it. The neighbor recommended Reija and had her call us. The tree was removed and no sign of it was left within 4 days of our initial contact.
