MC CALL'S FLOORING

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner of McCall's Flooring has serious anger management issues. When I called to complain about an issue with the new carpeting - two days after it was installed - he actually yelled at me and hung up the phone. When I called back he told me that "I was making a big deal out of nothing" and that he was too busy to talk to me at the moment and someone would be there that very day to fix the issue. Never heard back from him. I have never met a business owner who would treat their customers in such a disrespectful manner. Would not recommend to anyone.

This company is always great. The customer service in the store is incredible. They communicate well throughout the installation process and follow up at the end of every project to ensure you are satisfied with their work. The basement was completed in fall 2014 while the 2nd floor was completed a year earlier in 2013. Both times, I was please with the customer service, quality, and price

Linda is great to work with! Not only did she help us with determining the best design to use, but she really worked with us to get the best price on tile and shower systems. She was very patient with us and allowed us to take all the time necessary to determine what we would like the best, she did not rush us in our decisions and spent a great deal of her time working with us. Her service was very personal

They fly a Confederate flag in the window. I asked him if that was a confederate flag and he gave me a speech about Christian flags...etc then walked away. If you are comfortable with that, go ahead and use them. I think I will go somewhere more professional where my flooring is more of a concern.

We worked with the owner directly and she made us a great price, better than the floor staff. We changed our mind about some of the tile and they took it back with no problem and that was great. She said that they didn't have any excuses there. They are really good people to work with.
