MATTRESS FIRM

I had purchased a mattress set and it turned out to be way too firm. It was literally causing me severe pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders. The company policy for an exchange is 30 days. When I contacted the Customer Service Dept., I was told that they would make an exchange, but I had to follow the policy and wait the 30 days. I lasted about one more week before the pain became unbearable. I decided to stop into the store on my way home from work and basically plead for an exchange. The store manager, Lynette White just happened to be working that evening. I explained my situation and she immediately introduced and recommended me to the correct style of mattress for my needs. She also contacted the Customer Service Dep't and went to bat for me. I recommend that anyone out there that needs to purchase a new mattress and lives in the Cincinnati area, go visit Lynette. She has the knowledge and experience to assist you in finding the right mattress.
