After putting up with a leak for two years (since a new roof was put on), it was completely fixed. No problems in about 2 years since it was fixed. Very thorough professional job done on-time.
Description of Work: Flashing around chimney. Sealing the mortar joints of the chimney.

Description of Work: I had a roof installed by Jeff Maschinot, proprietor of Maschinot Roofing. I was given a very detailed estimate and was frequently invited to go up on my roof with Jeff and his crew to inspect his work as it progressed. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He was frequently on site to supervise his crew and was personally involved with installation of gutters and downspouts which involved lots of detailed metal work. At invoice time there were no surprises. He charged exactly what was included on the estimate. Jeff and his crew did beautiful work. I was very pleased. I highly recommend Maschinot Roofing!

He is a very detailed, meticulous worker. He was very competent in what he did with a lot of attention to detail. He did a lot of things personally instead of letting his crew do it. He did the chimney repair and put a special top on the chimney. He also did the flashing around the chimney. He was really conscientious to make sure it gone done right. Given what we got, we thought his price was competitive with other bids we had. We had bad weather last fall and he delayed someone else's job so he could get ours done.
