+ -1 moreIt was great. It takes a long time working with any gov't agency about 9 mouths in my case before everything was said and done. I did very little and Martin handled the rest. Most communication was via email. Martin analytics helped improve my cash flow.

Description of Work: We hired Martin Analytics to do a property tax appeal on our behalf. They replied to our originally submitted paperwork very promptly with a very clear outline of what information they needed to gather from us. The whole process was very easy and the company correspondence was very professional They basically will handle everything on our behalf and their commission will be a percentage of our first year savings. So it was nice to not have to pay up front, and if they do not successfully appeal, we do not have to pay anything.
