DO NOT LET THEM USE CRAIG CENTERS for interior work. Craig is abrassive and tempermental. I would not let this man inside your house. He came off as unstable and will try to gouge you on the price. I thought the man was going to take a swing at me. Ask them for somebody else to do interior subcontract work for you. See my comments under CC Plumbing. That being said, Marshall Plumbing is a good company. The only problem I had is with punctuality as they were a day late. They also had a couple of cave in's which cause them to spread dirt across my entire yard when finished. Normally, they have a small mound in the yard but my ground was soft. This is a family owned business and they are responsive. Jeff and Dwayne really care about how they leave your yard and take the time to pack in the dirt to minimize dirt mounds in the yard. I rated them a C due to Craig Centers and not because of the work Jeff Marshall had done for me. Almost a year later I have a large rut in my front yard going out to the sidewalk. I've been in contact with with Greg Marshall and Jeff Marshall in an attempt to resolve this isse. My email goes ignored still to this day. My first email was sent January 2011, and several more after that. I have spoke to Jeff and he made promises that were not kept and it doesn't seem to phase him at all. Jeff Marshall told me and his employee that the yard would settle in to normal, it didn't. He spread the dirt out across the entire front yard without building it up in the center. That is the reason for the rut in my front yard. In the beginning he told me he would mound the dirt up in the center to allow for settling. When he finished my yard was all dirt, and not at all like he promised. This company is not honest, and should be avoided.

I had no problem at all with them. Everything was done according to code, and the price was reasonable. They worked hard in the afternoon, the job they did was excellent.
