I contracted with Major Blacktopping/Paving to replace my driveway in the spring of 2004. The workers did not complete the contract by failing to extend the driveway as specified. They ran out of blacktop and the end of what was completed was thinned to make it stretch. The section buckled the first hot day of 2005. They also failed to seed and place straw in the side yard as noted in the contract and destroyed a flower bed next to the drive. I've been trying to have this fixed for almost 2 years and there are always unanswered calls and messages and plenty of excuses. I just don t want anyone else to go through what I've been through.
