 + -1 moreWAS GOING TO GIVE 10% FOR BEING MEMBER AND ANOTHER 10% FOR BEING SENIOR. HE WAS A BEAUTIFUL MAN. MY SON IS DOING THE JOB FOR ME INSTEAD. I WILL RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. HE FAXED THE ESTIMATE OVER PROMPTLY THAT EVENING AND FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL.

 + -1 moreI ASKED HIM HOW MUCH FOR THE WINDOW AND HE SAID HE DOESN'T DO JUST ONE JOB, IT HAS TO BE AT LEAST THREE HOURS WORK. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ON A TUESDAY. HE DIDN'T CALL, HE CALLED ON WEDNESDAY AND SAID HE WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT DAY. HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE BETWEEN 5 & 5:30PM. IT WAS ALMOST 6PM BEFORE HE GOT HERE. HE WENT TO INSTALL THE WINDOW AND WASN'T SURE IF IT WAS THE TOP OR THE BOTTOM WINDOW. HE THEN GRABBED ONE OF MY KITCHEN CHAIRS, TOOK THE CUSHION OFF OF IT AND TOSSED IT ASIDE AND STOOD ON MY CHAIR AND THEN QUICKLY FELL OUT OF IT. HE HURT HIS KNEE. I TOLD HIM I WOULD GET A STEP STOOL. HE GOT THE WINDOW IN. IN THE PROCESS HE BROKE ONE OF MY WOODEN SHUTTERS. HE DID COME BACK, AND FIXED SOME OF THE CRACKS IN MY PATIO. THEN HE WAS GOING TO COME BACK TO DO THE TREES AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK NEXT WEEK. I TOLD HIM FORGET IT. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD STILL CHARGE ME THE SAME. YOU CAN BET HE SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR HIS CHECK WHICH IS THE ONLY TIME HE SHOWED UP ON TIME.
Description of Work: WE AGREED THAT HE WOULD RE-INSTALL THE TOP WINDOW IN MY KITCHEN AND PAINT THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOTTOM WINDOW. HE WOULD REPAIR SOME CRACKS IN THE CONCRETE PATIO AND TRIM SOME TREES IN THE REAR.

 + -1 morePLUMBER HOOKED UP FAUCETS ON OUR VANITY IMPROPERLY (HOOKED UP HOT WATER WHEN WE WANTED COLD WATER). THE PARTNER WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX THAT FOR ME BUT I HAVE NOT HAD A CALL FROM THEM YET. UP UNTIL THAT POINT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.
Description of Work: GUTTER CLEANING, TUCKPOINTING, SLATE PATIO AND WOODEN STEPS POWER-WASHED AND SOME PLUMBING WORK, REPLACED A SMALL SECTION OF SIDING, INCLUDING PAINTING IT. RESEALED PIPE ENTRIES TO THE HOME.
