I SPECIFIED I NEEDED THEM IN THE AFTERNOON. AFTER THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME COMING, THEY STARTED SHOWING UP LATE, SHOWING UP EARLY, AND MY HUSBAND FOUND COBWEBS AFTER CLEANING. THEY WERE NOT VERY PLEASANT. THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT TRAVELING TO MASON EVEN THOUGH WE HAD CONFIRMED THAT THEY DO SERVICE OUR AREA.
Description of Work: I GAVE THEM SPECIFICATIONS FOR HAND MOPPING MY HARDWOOD AND TILE FLOORS ONCE A MONTH.

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED MY HOUSE BEFORE A LARGE PARTY. THE REFERENCES I CALLED ON PREPARED ME FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK. I HAD CLEARED THE HOUSE OF ALL CLUTTER AND REQUESTED THOROUGH DUSTING & VACUUMING, BATHROOM CLEANING,FLOOR WASHING & IF TIME WASH THE PATIO WINDOWS. I INSTRUCTED THEM TO SKIP CERTAIN THINGS IN THE KIDS ROOMS. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND ASKED ME TO CHECK THEIR WORK AFTER THEY FINISHED THE UPSTAIRS. I FOUND THAT THEY DIDN'T DUST ANY OF THE CEILING FANS, LIGHT BULBS, WINDOW FRAMES AND OTHER SURFACES WERE NOT THOROUGH. BUT I WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH THE DOWNSTAIRS & THEM NOT BEING ABLE TO FINISH IN THE TIME ALLOTTED (.)SO I TOLD THEM IT WAS OKAY. THEY FINISHED THE DOWNSTAIRS IN 2 1/2 HRS. AND WERE GONE 15 MIN. LATER. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE 3 HRS. TIME. I WAS SO GLAD NOT TO HAVE TO CLEAN THE HOUSE MYSELF FOR THIS PARTY BUT I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK.
